The lock to our front door broke, locking me out at 8pm after visiting my mum in hospital. Paul came out within 15 minutes and was so kind and helpful. It was a tricky job and requirwd the whole lock mechanism to be replaced, with a new 5 lever one. Paul worked hard to get the job done that night, and was very reasonable with the price. TOTALLY RECOMMEND.

Incredible service!! Came out to change a twisty lock to a proper lock within 2 hours. Super kind and explained I can can readjust the door in future to keep it from rattling in the wind :)
