From my experience this company does a first class job at a reasonable price. After being fobbed off by Carworld and being told by Smith motors that it ‘could cost up to £1000’, we were recommended to go to City Locks to sort out our Juke remote key system. From the first telephone call through to the booked repair Amy was superb. A knowledgeable and efficient customer service technician that just gets the job done. A real credit to the company.

Went to City locks to see about replacing the worn out fob,and Amy was so helpful and found one and she fitted there and then,and it worked straight away,no need to reset the fob. Many thank's Amy Will keep coming back. Recommend Amy and City locks any day . All the best. Joe

In my opinion, City Locks are not the best locksmiths in Peterborough, they are definitely not the best in Cambridgeshire - No - they are the best locksmiths in the country. We are pensioners in our 70's driving around in an old car (2008). For reasons unbeknown to us, the car key suddenly stopped working, leaving us extremely vulnerable with only a spare manual key. We were recommended to visit City Locks by our servicing garage and boy are we glad we chose them. We were seen straight away, given a series of options and 20 minutes later we were walking out with a brand new key which was very realistically priced ! Any issues with keys - car - house or whatever, get yourselves down to City Locks - you will not regret it !
