Not being able to get into your own house can be quite distressing, but we didn't have to wait too long for help. They did a wonderful job, got us into the house quickly and sorted out the problems and made our house safe. We moved house only to find we couldn’t lock the French doors at the new place so we called Bens Locks late in the afternoon. Rav answered the phone, took details and diagnosed the likely fault. He came the next morning at the agreed time, fixed the doors (alignment issue) and suggested how we could maintain our other doors & windows. Rav didn’t try and rip us off with unnecessary components when repairing the doors and I will definitely call Bens Locks if we have problems again. Recommended company.

We had Sam visit our property today and he went above and beyond to ensure our back door was fixed to the highest standard. Our locking mechanism broke over 14 weeks ago and we have had multiple people come to try and fix the problem with no good outcome. Sam came today and had it all fixed with new mechanism and door handle in a few hours. Will definitely recommend.

Sam was really professional and diligent when he recently carried out some work on my home.
