I cannot recommend Steve highly enough. He went out of his way to source and change the locking mechanism on my front door following an incident at my home... all within 24 hours of my desperate call to him. He even checked the back door for me and offered advice. Polite, professional and I feel much safer in my home again.
Steve was very professional and arrived on time. He even called ahead to give me an ETA. He was quick to identify the issue with our conservatory lock and he changed it straight away at a reasonable price. He also offered great advice. Thank you!
