I locked my keys in my van tonight. I found Ian on google and gave him a call. He came out within the hour and got me back on the road. He was very professional and reasonable priced. Hopefully I don’t lock my keys in the van again but if I do, I know who to call. Thanks Ian
After being unable to unlock a rear upvc door due to a mechanism failure, we called Lock Matters to help gain entry. He arrived within the time stated and immediately unlocked the door, assessed the problem and was able to replace the gearbox assembly as he had stock of the item in his van. He also replaced the euro cylinder and made adjustments to the hinges to provide a door that is not only now fixed, but closes much more smoothly. He was very efficient, courteous and did a fantastic job. Very reasonable price too. We highly recommend his services.
Ian has just completed a job for me replacing barrel locks in my patio doors and checking and adjusting the locking points. From start to finish he has done a very professional job and I am very satisfied with his work. I have no hesitation in recommending him
