I called today in a bit of a panic as my teenagers had locked themselves out of the house. I was at Hull Hospital with my husband who had just had brain surgery and I couldn't get home. Fantastic, speedy service from Brian. I called him regarding a snapped key stuck in an external door lock on a Sunday afternoon. Made a call tonight as after using my sliding doors today , could not get them closed and locked.
