I found myself in the tricky situation of being locked out of part of a house where I am currently catsitting and I needed help! Mike helped me get into my car the morning after a wedding on a Sunday morning. Provided good communication before which set me at ease in a sticky situation. Unfortunately the key was not in the car as expected, but he gave me a lift to the station after so I could get home to pick my spare up. Excellent customer service after dragging him out of bed!

In a moment of sheer stupidity I managed to lock my car keys in the boot, Mike swiftly came to the rescue, even though it was late in the evening (and freezing cold!). Had my boot unlocked in a few minutes and charged a very fair price. Thoroughly nice guy too! Highly recommend, can't thank enough!

Went to get watch battery changed with timpson lifetime guarantee. Was refused earlier at the one in Sainsburys as guy said case number didn't match. Checked by guy at this store who confirmed it was correct. Changed with no hassle.

Great. The lad at Timpson did a fantastic job to replace the broken plastic shell of my car key fob. It only took 30 minutes, and I waited in the shop, which already had the part in stock. It's a delicate job that requires specialist skills and tools. The electronic chip and the metal blade were transferred across from the old key fob. The coil spring was also transferred, so that the blade flips in and out properly.

Came in this afternoon (02/09/2024) and asked how long it will take for a key cut and I was told not long at all. So I decided to have it done and while I was waiting (around 3 minutes) i ended up buying a couple of other items Lloyd was very helpful and very verbal Keep up the good work Will be back for the great service 👍👍

Went in two seperate times to put a shoe in for repair and to retrieve them. Served my two seperate Gentleman and both were very welcoming and helpful. My boots are great again also :) was best pleased it was only £10, Bargain!!
