Came in this afternoon (02/09/2024) and asked how long it will take for a key cut and I was told not long at all. So I decided to have it done and while I was waiting (around 3 minutes) i ended up buying a couple of other items Lloyd was very helpful and very verbal Keep up the good work Will be back for the great service 👍👍

Went to get watch battery changed with timpson lifetime guarantee. Was refused earlier at the one in Sainsburys as guy said case number didn't match. Checked by guy at this store who confirmed it was correct. Changed with no hassle.

RICHARD who seems to be the main man in there is Brilliant. He's conscientious, and very good at his job. He needs a pay rise, because whatever he's on, he deserves more. I've been a few times with watch related issues and I always get a super helpful service. 11 out of 10 easily.

Great. The lad at Timpson did a fantastic job to replace the broken plastic shell of my car key fob. It only took 30 minutes, and I waited in the shop, which already had the part in stock. It's a delicate job that requires specialist skills and tools. The electronic chip and the metal blade were transferred across from the old key fob. The coil spring was also transferred, so that the blade flips in and out properly.
