Highly recommend 5 star service. My daughter has an MG and had lost her fob key and the spare key was not programmed to start the engine. MG dealer wanted the car towed in and couldn’t provide an emergency access key. Chase came out same day to the car, programmed a new fob key (better than original key) and programmed the spare. On Saturday morning I found myself locked out of my own house for an hour as the key wouldn’t turn. There had been no hint of a problem before then. Eventually, I got it to work and tested it several times but by now I was afraid it might do it again, so on a recommendation, I visited Lock Stock and Barrell and explained the problem. The young man in the shop was very well-informed and helpful and booked an engineer to come and sort it out. The engineer, Gary phoned before he turned up, and was punctual, polite, friendly and professional. He replaced the barrel with an improved model, told me how to maintain it and left me feeling completely reassured. I thought the price was reasonable for the peace of mind it gave me. I will use Lock Stock and Barrell again if I need them and will be confident about recommending them to others. They are a local business to be proud of. Thanks, Gary and thanks LSB.

Great service. Went to Timpsons first who were rude, couldn't do the job as they needed to order both the house key and the car key. House keys were £35 each, car key £60 (stated its impossible to just do the key blade). Came to Lock stock and barrel and got 2 house keys and car key blade for £35!!! Very professional service, quick and friendly. Will come here again!!

Use Will all the time, brilliant service, always prompt, punctual, can get into anything and safe repairs at reasonable prices with a world of skilled advise. Has gotten into safes with no damage where others would have had to have drill and destroy the safe, highly recommended.

Called 5.30pm, when I returned home from nursery with my baby, panicking that I was unable to get into the house. He was super prompt (with in 20mins) and very reasonably priced. He got me into my house, made sure we were able to get in and out safely and then returned 2 days later to fix the problem. Would highly recommend.

I needed a new lock fitted and Will turned up on time when promised. He was brilliant, polite and professional. And very reasonable. Would highly recommend.

Called Stuart and he arrived half an hour later. After a quick assessment of a broken lock and two pvc doors that were mis-aligned he quoted a fair price and was able to do the work on the spot, including make two copies for another key, as he has mobile key-cutting gear. If needed I would happily use him again and definitely recommend his helpful and friendly service.

Had to unexpectedly use the services of Aaccess Locksmiths today. I somehow managed to break my key in the flat door and jam it from inside. 4 hours later after exploring all possibilities with a bit of banging and drilling we were in. Exceptional Service by Ally! She persevered, kept her cool and made me laugh! I even got to ride in her van. Everything left neat and tidy. I thoroughly recommend and would use again.

Highly recommended, I needed a spare Fiesta car key and from my blank cut it without the needed code, supplied a transponder and programmed it without fuss. It worked a treat. I had called many other locksmiths without any success.
