I had to get a new proximity key fob for my car, called them up, spoke Steve, and he quoted me over a £100 less than anywhere else. The service was superb, he asked what level I had parked on, and he told me it would be about an hour, so I went for coffee. Sure enough, I got a call an hour later. Picked up the fob, he said he'd been to my car and made sure everything worked as it should, and it does. I'd definitely use them again.

I cannot tell you how highly I rate this shop (I should really know your name by now) I trust my, to me very very precious boots with you over and over, this one occasion I stupidly took them to another branch (purely for convenience) and oh my god they were ruined (this shall be in a review on their branch) but you within the Marlows shopping centre I shall never cheat again, your work is magic and second to none, not only did you bring them back to life, you saved them. I could have cried at how bad they were but you restored them to their former glory. A true skilled worker who clearly enjoys your job. Thank you for your hard work. See you soon. We needed a new fob for our Mitsubishi L200 and this Timpson was recommended by other Timpsons for this service. My wife spoke to the guy and he went away to resource the correct fob, updating her when he had achieved that and booking us in for a visit to have it coded. He then attended the vehicle and coded the fob as well as cutting the backup key to fit the vehicle. The price was very good when compared to doing this at a dealership and we are very happy with the fob: exactly the same as the Mitsubishi fob but without a Mitsubishi logo. Great service and definitely recommend.
