I had a problem with one of my UPVC French doors not locking, and being relatively new to the area had no idea who to call. Following a Goole search found Tim, and within a couple of hours of initial call he was on the scene, assessed the need for a new internal mechanism and ordered the parts. He also realigned the doors properly, and refused any payment until the next day, when the parts arrived. Kept me in the loop, arrived and sorted out the repair with minimal fuss. Really great service, and highly recommended to anyone in the area needing a friendly and efficient locksmith.

Needed an emergency gain entry and lock change on a Sunday. Very accommodating, arrived very quickly, really friendly. No messing around, all done and cleaned up in 20 mins. Adjusted the door to sit better at the same time even though he did not need to. Excellent price considering for a standard lock change, absolute bargain for an emergency. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Called Tim after one of the locking hooks had become stuck engaged on the front door, preventing it from opening or locking. An hour later he arrived, replaced the damaged locking mechanism for the door and adjusted everything to get a perfect seal.

Tim was very helpful recently when a customer of mine locked himself out of his room with valuable possessions inside.
Unfortunately I was (at the same time) called out to another emergency out of County.
Despite being "out of hours" Tim was poised and ready to go within minutes and headed out to the customer, arriving in about 20 minutes.
Tim was able to pick open the lock which allowed the cylinder to be used on a key when the "in hours" staff returned - this made the job cheaper for the customer who had made a simple mistake.
