Couldn't recommend enough, my little mini was having electrical faults, her wipers, central locking and lights were coming on at any time of the day when the engine was off. Totally knowledgeable and the diagnostic confirmed what he thought the problem was when describing this on the phone. Car was fixed within a few days. What was amazing for me is that I didn't need to go to him, all this was done outside my house, so no time of work needed to get my car sorted

I recently had an issue with the electric ignition switch on my Vito W369. I drove 50 minutes at 8pm to John's workshop with the ignition barrel, and he was able to fix it quickly. The ECU on my Mercedes SL55 AMG developed a fault which was causing power loss and stalling while being driven. The Merc independent I normally use quoted me £2,750 all in, but in any case the part is no longer available new from Mercedes. I read the MB Forums and only a few people can reliably repair an ECU of this type, so it was great to find Johnny and he made me feel very comfortable. Johnny repaired the ECU for a reasonable price. The engine now revs smoother than I ever recall in the 8 years I have owned it plus more powerful as I also got him to add a remap, lol. Excellent service - five stars !

Customer Review: I go many garages, change 2 turbos, spend thousands of pounds, but car still no power. I drive like this for long time, no one fix it. Then I go to John, Mercedes specialist. He check everything, try many things – remap, turbo check, software update. After 4 hours testing, he find the problem. Other mechanics connect two pressure sensors wrong way. He fix it, and after Stage 1 remap, car is better than before! I wait two weeks for appointment, but now I know – it is worth waiting. John work very hard and careful, and he fix what others cannot. He is mobile electrician, and this job is not easy – rain, traffic, many things make work difficult. But when he work on car, he make sure it is done right. Very happy with the service, car feel amazing now!
