Had terrible toothache resulting in loss of sleep for days. Needed an emergency appointment as I am not registered. Popped in to the surgery, fast efficient process, simple to fill out forms, got me in within an hour. The dentist was brilliant, really good customer service skills, looked, took an xray, and gave me options. Within 20 mins of walking in, my painful tooth was extracted, and I was on my way. Cannot fault the staff or service given.

Honestly, most people hate the dentist, but i love Aisha my dentist, and her assistant. They talk you through step by step of every procedure, VERY informative and all round bubbly and kind atmosphere, great when visiting with the kids. Amazing team from bookings to treatment. This is precisely what our city needs, please don’t ever leavvvveeeeeee !!

I had my check up on Monday and would like to say how friendly and efficient the young lady on reception was. I was soon called in and looked after by the always professional and cheerful Ayaz. I had no treatment apart from an X-ray and all was fine and came away feeling reassured and proud of my teeth! Thank you 🤩

Reception area bright, clean and welcoming. Receptionists always greet with a smile and make visitors feel welcome. Our Dentist and assistant (Sara and Emily) so friendly and compassionate, very professional and considerate of patient’s own needs and desires. Highly recommend this practice. My husband and I have been patients here since 1986 when John Thorpe set the standard for professionalism and friendliness. Long may it continue. Highly recommend.

My experience with Wolds Dental at Market Rasen has been superb. From my initial contact, through to my first consultation with Nadene, I have been treated with care and the utmost respect at all times. Nadene made me feel incredibly at ease and explained the whole process to me. My treatment plan was compiled extremely quickly and I was booked in for surgery on the 1st August 2024. I have had all on 5 on my upper jaw and all on six on my lower jaw. The surgery in my case was lengthy, -I had a lot of infection to clear out- but I was made to feel at ease and comfortable during the whole procedure. Nadene, Salman - The Dentist- and Bobbi were wonderful and very caring. They were constantly checking on my well-being and asking if I needed to take a break. I am very happy with my teeth in a day, and it is wonderful to be able to smile again without feeling ashamed of my appearance. I have also had a couple of queries since the procedure and Nadene has dealt with them with patience, courtesy, compassion, and has been extremely informative, helpful and above all professional and caring.. All the staff I have encountered at Wolds dental are consummate professionals and I can’t thank them enough. Thanks again, Gav

It's taken me 70 years to find a dentist as kind and understanding and who cares about their patients. All my front teeth had worn down as I didn't have any back teeth to chew with. I was just terrified of having any dental treatment, especially with me having a really bad gag reflex. From my initial consultation I was treat with kindness, patience and respect. I couldn't believe at one appointment I was actually sat in the chair for over four hours. Joey (Mr Gray) was wonderful, made me feel relaxed even having impressions which I've never been able to handle. After six months of treatment I now have crowns at the front and a couple of false teeth to finish off. I would definitely recommend this practice, especially Joey 👍I should mention too that all the nurses and receptionists are fantastic and friendly too.

Dr Gray and his lovely dental nurse were amazing, I was so very nervous before the procedure but Dr Gray informed me all the time on what he was doing. I love my composite veneers. Seeing them for the first time left me speechless and I had to hold back the tears after having bad front teeth for so many years. So again thank you Dr Gray, for your amazing work.

From the minute i had my first consultation i was immediately made to feel at ease, i wanted full dental implants, both top and lower as i have always been unhappy with my teeth, the whole procedure was explained to me thoroughly and i had my surgery at the beginning of the year, i was quite anxious, as at nearly 50 years old I didn’t think i would get the results i dreamed of, all the staff, from the ladies on reception to the dental nurses and my wonderful dental surgeon Sam were just amazing, I cannot begin to tell you how this surgery has changed my life, i would say to anyone (and i do ) to consider having this procedure if you feel the way i did. I have been a patient of Carholme Dental Practice for many years now, and always received a very friendly professional service there. The practice has a pleasant atmosphere, and caters for both private and NHS patients, I never have any problems getting an appointment at a time to suit me. The dental surgeons are excellent and always give proper transparent explanations for any treatments that may be needed. Free 2 hour parking is available within approx 50 meters of the practice, I’ve always found a vacant space when attending the practice. I’d highly recommend this practice.

The hygienist and the nurse were kind, caring and efficient, taking particular account of my bad back, for which I was very grateful. My teeth feel great. I was also given helpful advice on teeth cleaning, which was appreciated. All in all, an excellent experience.

You get a text appointment reminder and a link that allows you to complete forms online prior to the appointment. Check in at reception was quick and friendly. I arrived early and actually got to see my dentist early. She gave me a through check up and was also friendly and professional. The whole experience was good.

I'm autistic, and this dentist is VERY understanding of my specific needs, particularly related to periods of poor dental hygeine when I've been depressed. She always takes her time to make sure I understand what's happening. Honestly I would expect this level of understanding in a specialist unit or privately, it's incredibly rare to see this time taken these days especially with dentists. If you struggle with anything like that please let them know, and they'll go out of their way to help you and most importantly keep your teeth healthy.

I was wary of seeing only 5 star reviews surely they cannot be that good! I really have never had a good experience of dentists over the years and because of that stopped attending. Well today I cannot praise them highly enough, Dr Alice was superb the appointment was calm and she listened to my concerns. The appointment was made at short notice due to it being an emergency and from the receptionists to the nurse I was made to feel completely relaxed. Thank you for making a very anxious patient feel at ease and thank you for the excellent care today.

Having had the good fortune to be advised by a friend to visit Dr. James Clark in an emergency - I was treated with the utmost care and professionalism. Dr. James moved heaven and earth to ensure I was put in touch with the right surgeon to undertake some intense dental surgery. In the meantime he provided the much needed pain relief to get me through a very trying and painful time. The after care - thank you Jade! - was just amazing and totally without equal in my opinion. I have nothing but the highest praise for this practice and have no hesitation in recommending this the surgery and all who work within its' walls. A great team with good old fashioned values of customer care and consideration.

Had a replacement filling done... so bearing in mind i am absolutely terrified of anything dental... every visit is a super tense experience for me. However, as usual James Clark and his amazing team are all so professional, friendly and calming - i always leave thinking, 'Why do i get so worked up?'... It means so much to have such personal treatment that is very aware of how i'm feeling. Needless to say the treatment was 1st class and i am very grateful for the time, patience and care received. I was a patient of Theo Visser who was the best dentist ever. After he retired I was reffered to Daisy Varley. I was very apprehensive but she has just sorted my teeth out and I have no issues with her. She has a lovely manner and the procedure was painless. I would highly recommend her and I am gutted that she too is leaving 😢 now what?

My daughter has just finished her treatment at My Dentist, Louth with Dr Patel and she is over the moon with the results. She has been a patient with him for nearly 2 years, having braces fitted with periodic adjustments, and Dr Patel and all the staff at My Dentist have been throughly professional and considerate of requests over this period. What a wonderful experience.... I could not recommend this practice highly enough. The staff went over themselves to make sure our experiences were stress free and relaxing.
