What a wonderful experience.... I could not recommend this practice highly enough. The staff went over themselves to make sure our experiences were stress free and relaxing. They took their time to make sure myself and my children felt comfortable, they did not rush us in any way and explained everything clearly in a way in which we could all understand. I came away feeling very valued and cared for. How lovely that great people still work in health care. Thank you everyone.

I’ve recently joined this dental practice after my wife recommended it as it is her regular dentist. The place was very clean and modern looking and warm and the staff were all lovely there. My 2 year old son also uses this dental practice and the dentists are so good with him as are the receptionist staff. I felt I had to leave a review today as I witnessed an altercation between a patient and the receptionists. The patient was very rude and made a bit of scene over something that was none of the staffs fault. And I have to say the staff dealt with it very professionally and kept their cool despite the persons actions. He said he was going to leave a bad review so I wanted to counter act that with this one even though I would have given 5 stars for the service alone anyway. You guys are doing great, keep doing what you’re doing 👍🏻.

Absolutely brilliant from start to finish. Monika has been amazing as have all the dental nurses. Reception staff are really helpful and friendly. Really pleased with the work I have had done and would highly recommend this practice to anyone.

Honestly, most people hate the dentist, but i love Aisha my dentist, and her assistant. They talk you through step by step of every procedure, VERY informative and all round bubbly and kind atmosphere, great when visiting with the kids. Amazing team from bookings to treatment. This is precisely what our city needs, please don’t ever leavvvveeeeeee !!

All staff were friendly and put me at my ease. The dentist explained what needed doing. First time I’d seen the hygienist and he was lovely and made me feel comfortable. Came out smiling from ear to ear!

Had terrible toothache resulting in loss of sleep for days. Needed an emergency appointment as I am not registered. Popped in to the surgery, fast efficient process, simple to fill out forms, got me in within an hour. The dentist was brilliant, really good customer service skills, looked, took an xray, and gave me options. Within 20 mins of walking in, my painful tooth was extracted, and I was on my way. Cannot fault the staff or service given.

Courteous and professional staff combined to make the visit as free from anxiety and distress as possible, producing a positive outcome. I am very grateful for their excellent service.

My first Hygienist appt as a new patient yesterday. Brilliant very thorough and professional.

Reception area bright, clean and welcoming. Receptionists always greet with a smile and make visitors feel welcome. Our Dentist and assistant (Sara and Emily) so friendly and compassionate, very professional and considerate of patient’s own needs and desires. Highly recommend this practice. My husband and I have been patients here since 1986 when John Thorpe set the standard for professionalism and friendliness. Long may it continue. Highly recommend.

Brilliant dentist! Had to reschedule due to the dentist I was going to see was unwell, however the reception staff were really helpful and got me in within an hour with a different dentist. The dentist I saw was lovely and incredibly helpful. He spoke me through everything he was doing and made me feel at ease.

Friendly,experienced staff. My dentist and hygienist always explain any treatment clearly and put me at ease. Emergency appointments are available daily,which is a comfort too,in case of emergencies.

I saw Mr Pilch after being referred, I broke my tooth and the filling came out too. Being extremely nervous, bad experiences with my normal dentist. Decided to have the tooth removed and was not looking forward to it at all. Numbed up and waited 10 minutes in the waiting room. Mr Pilch checked everywhere for numbness, the lovely dental nurse held my hand. I was told there would be no pain just pressure and movement. No Pain at all, Mr Pilch got this broken tooth out Whole as took his time. 5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ For Mr Pilch and 5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ for my lovely Dental nurse who kept me calm.

I had my first appointment today with Mr Johnny, after a few years of not being to a dentist. I get very anxious about going but I have to say today has probably been the most relaxed I have ever been. He is so kind, patient, thorough and friendly it makes so much difference so thank you.

After calling nhs 111 for the 3rd time and having visited 2 dentists prior to this I told them the same as the previous and the looked and confirmed I need an extraction. I was in and out in 20 minutes with the extraction complete. Fantastic staff would highly recommend

Excellent professional service from the friendly Australian dentist, Dr Hussain. Stains that my previous dentist hadn't managed to get rid of in years were gone in minutes.

My experience with Wolds Dental at Market Rasen has been superb. From my initial contact, through to my first consultation with Nadene, I have been treated with care and the utmost respect at all times. Nadene made me feel incredibly at ease and explained the whole process to me. My treatment plan was compiled extremely quickly and I was booked in for surgery on the 1st August 2024. I have had all on 5 on my upper jaw and all on six on my lower jaw. The surgery in my case was lengthy, -I had a lot of infection to clear out- but I was made to feel at ease and comfortable during the whole procedure. Nadene, Salman - The Dentist- and Bobbi were wonderful and very caring. They were constantly checking on my well-being and asking if I needed to take a break. I am very happy with my teeth in a day, and it is wonderful to be able to smile again without feeling ashamed of my appearance. I have also had a couple of queries since the procedure and Nadene has dealt with them with patience, courtesy, compassion, and has been extremely informative, helpful and above all professional and caring.. All the staff I have encountered at Wolds dental are consummate professionals and I can’t thank them enough. Thanks again, Gav

Thank you Wolds Dental Studio for restoring my faith in dentists. Dr Gray and his lovely dental nurse were amazing, I was so very nervous before the procedure but Dr Gray informed me all the time on what he was doing. I love my composite veneers. Seeing them for the first time left me speechless and I had to hold back the tears after having bad front teeth for so many years. So again thank you Dr Gray, for your amazing work.

Everyone I dealt with friendly and helpful. All very professional too. Fabulous result with my teeth- bonding to close gaps, from Dr Grey and his assistant. From the minute i had my first consultation i was immediately made to feel at ease, i wanted full dental implants, both top and lower as i have always been unhappy with my teeth, the whole procedure was explained to me thoroughly and i had my surgery at the beginning of the year, i was quite anxious, as at nearly 50 years old I didn’t think i would get the results i dreamed of, all the staff, from the ladies on reception to the dental nurses and my wonderful dental surgeon Sam were just amazing, I cannot begin to tell you how this surgery has changed my life, i would say to anyone (and i do ) to consider having this procedure if you feel the way i did. I never once felt in pain and was just amazingly supported throughout, Thank you from the bottom of my heart and i know you will miss my gloves Sam (ha ha ) Dyanne x
