I'm autistic, and this dentist is VERY understanding of my specific needs, particularly related to periods of poor dental hygeine when I've been depressed. She always takes her time to make sure I understand what's happening. Honestly I would expect this level of understanding in a specialist unit or privately, it's incredibly rare to see this time taken these days especially with dentists. If you struggle with anything like that please let them know, and they'll go out of their way to help you and most importantly keep your teeth healthy.

You get a text appointment reminder and a link that allows you to complete forms online prior to the appointment. Check in at reception was quick and friendly. I arrived early and actually got to see my dentist early. She gave me a through check up and was also friendly and professional. The whole experience was good.

The hygienist and the nurse were kind, caring and efficient, taking particular account of my bad back, for which I was very grateful. My teeth feel great. I was also given helpful advice on teeth cleaning, which was appreciated. All in all, an excellent experience.

My experience with Wolds Dental at Market Rasen has been superb. From my initial contact, through to my first consultation with Nadene, I have been treated with care and the utmost respect at all times. Nadene made me feel incredibly at ease and explained the whole process to me. My treatment plan was compiled extremely quickly and I was booked in for surgery on the 1st August 2024. I have had all on 5 on my upper jaw and all on six on my lower jaw. The surgery in my case was lengthy, -I had a lot of infection to clear out- but I was made to feel at ease and comfortable during the whole procedure. Nadene, Salman - The Dentist- and Bobbi were wonderful and very caring. They were constantly checking on my well-being and asking if I needed to take a break. I am very happy with my teeth in a day, and it is wonderful to be able to smile again without feeling ashamed of my appearance. I have also had a couple of queries since the procedure and Nadene has dealt with them with patience, courtesy, compassion, and has been extremely informative, helpful and above all professional and caring.. All the staff I have encountered at Wolds dental are consummate professionals and I can’t thank them enough. Thanks again, Gav

Thank you Wolds Dental Studio for restoring my faith in dentists. Dr Gray and his lovely dental nurse were amazing, I was so very nervous before the procedure but Dr Gray informed me all the time on what he was doing. I love my composite veneers. Seeing them for the first time left me speechless and I had to hold back the tears after having bad front teeth for so many years. So again thank you Dr Gray, for your amazing work.

It's taken me 70 years to find a dentist as kind and understanding and who cares about their patients. All my front teeth had worn down as I didn't have any back teeth to chew with. I was just terrified of having any dental treatment, especially with me having a really bad gag reflex. From my initial consultation I was treat with kindness, patience and respect. I couldn't believe at one appointment I was actually sat in the chair for over four hours. Joey (Mr Gray) was wonderful, made me feel relaxed even having impressions which I've never been able to handle. After six months of treatment I now have crowns at the front and a couple of false teeth to finish off. I would definitely recommend this practice, especially Joey 👍I should mention too that all the nurses and receptionists are fantastic and friendly too.

From the minute i had my first consultation i was immediately made to feel at ease, i wanted full dental implants, both top and lower as i have always been unhappy with my teeth, the whole procedure was explained to me thoroughly and i had my surgery at the beginning of the year, i was quite anxious, as at nearly 50 years old I didn’t think i would get the results i dreamed of, all the staff, from the ladies on reception to the dental nurses and my wonderful dental surgeon Sam were just amazing, I cannot begin to tell you how this surgery has changed my life, i would say to anyone (and i do ) to consider having this procedure if you feel the way i did. I never once felt in pain and was just amazingly supported throughout, Thank you from the bottom of my heart and i know you will miss my gloves Sam (ha ha ) Dyanne x

After a lump of my tooth fell away I phoned first thing for an appointment. I got one the same day and with Daniel, who I normally see. I had lost a filling and he quickly and painlessly cleared the site and put in a new filling. All done within five hours of my first call and excellent service as always from Daniel. Much relieved to have that settled.

All staff are always extremely professional polite and friendly. We were booked in with a locum dentist who was just as thorough as our usual one. He explained everything in detail and gave my children tips on how to keep their teeth and gums clean and healthy. It's great to see that the practice has expanded and offer a wider range of more advanced treatments. Highly recommend Appoline.

They talk you through step by step of every procedure, VERY informative and all round bubbly and kind atmosphere, great when visiting with the kids. Amazing team from bookings to treatment. After a few negative experiences with other dentists, that are no longer at the practice, I would like to express that Mr Ali Al-Salihi is the best and most professional dentist I’ve ever received treatment from, in all my experiences of visiting any dentist. My latest experience when having a tooth extracted only involved a couple of unavoidable seconds of discomfort while being administered the local anaesthetic, there was absolutely no pain or discomfort post extraction. My usual experience with the blonde receptionist at Skegness My Dentist is always very professional and courteous and I am always notified one week previous by text, and the day before by phone. I regret to say that this can’t be said for the short haired brunette receptionist. After my extraction, I asked the dentist if it would be ok to remove the gauze briefly to speak to the receptionist, on doing so, the mentioned receptionist panicked and started flapping, saying oh no blood, there’s blood, don’t touch anything, don’t touch anything, to be perfectly honest, I had no need, and no intention of touching anything, and she made me feel like a leper, she could have been very much calmer, and far more professional in dealing with the situation, If indeed there are procedures in place after a customer has had an extraction, I feel I should have never been left with such a negative experience, and reception staff, her in particular, should be trained accordingly.

Ok. Have had to have most of my molars pulled / filled / pulled after they crumbled at age 55. No serious pain. The rates have naturally gone up thru the Covid era, and I don't mind paying a little extra to get an appt. to fit.

Been this morning to have tooth removed. Even though I was late they still saw me. Everything explained to me about was they were going to do, not rushed. Dentist checked mouth was numb before removing tooth. Never felt a thing, after care explained. Checked I felt ok before left the room.

Very professional setup, had to go private but Louise sorted out all the finance for us. Yota, the dentist was fantastic! She is kind and considerate, extremely caring and very professional. I have recently had a root canal treatment at Louth Dental Practice and I can highly recommend Dimitrios if you are looking for a new dentist. He is very professional and friendly. The treatment turned out to be not anywhere near as bad as I had feared. A special thanks to Mirka who is the most fun dental nurse I’ve ever met. She made me feel less anxious during the treatment.
