Always friendly and professional best dentist I've been to over the years

I've been coming to Dipti (as has my wife and her family) for years and travel from another neighbourhood to see her. I had a very nasty abscess start off at the weekend but thankfully Dipti was able to see me on Monday morning without an appointment and my problem was solved in no time. Excellent.

I came to this clinic for the first time to have my teeth checked. To be honest, they are very polite and take very good care of you. I recommend it to everyone. Your dental health is in safe hands.

HEARTWARMING experience from the moment checking in, lovely reception staff. Nurse was caring and supportive. Dentist was so informative and kind. I need a new crown and I was talked through all options, I felt comfortable and confident with the treatment plan. I definitely recommend this dental practice to anyone unsure and nervous. I have been a patient at the practice for a few years and absolutely loved the care, professionalism and expertise of the staff that I now travel from the USA for my dental treatment. I have had both general and cosmetic dentistry treatments through this clinic. The practice were always very flexible when booking appointments to accommodate my busy schedule when I was living and working in London. As for the staff, they are wonderful and exceptionally welcoming. Dr. Abbas Manji has incredible bedside manner and truly takes time to explain treatment plans and ensure you are comfortable. I had a pleasant experience with the Dental Hygienist, Abbas who was amazing. I am a very nervous patient and have a needle phobia. Abbas took extra time to ensure I was at ease before, during and after the procedure. He even took time out at the end of the appointment to explain a further treatment plan. I had flown from the USA for this appointment and Abbas reassured me that they would work around my availability to schedule appointments based on my future availability. I truly felt a sense of care and I highly recommend this practice if you are looking for continuity of care wherever you are in the world! Thank you Bullsmoor!

At Bullsmoor Clinic, my visit for aesthetic treatment was positive. The staff were friendly and made me feel at ease. Abbas explained the procedure well, and it was quick and mostly painless. I left feeling more confident !

I could not be happier with the work that was carried out by Abbas , Shabir and the entire team at Bullsmoor dental practise . I was fully consulted throughout the whole process, always informed, and always made to feel completely comfortable with any procedures before and during the work. Also with wonderful reception staff who were always friendly and helpful in every communication i had with them . Cannot recommend them highly enough, and thank you for giving me a smile that I'm happy with, I really feel like I’ve got great value for money.

My Wife and I became patients at this practice, when known as Paris & Christie, before my Daughter was born....my Daughter turned 45 in March 2025, need I say more?, ok I will :o) After our retirement we moved from living close the practice to near Kings Lynn in Norfolk in 2018, but we never went searching for another dentist, we go there twice, with a year, 'practice plan', for checkups with Mr Shabir Jagani, (always been him over ALL these years), and to see the hygienist, (now Regita, she's lovely), and with the understanding he will see us at very short notice if needed for any problems, bad toothaches for instance. So do I/we recommend this practice....you betcha!

I never dread going to my dentist. She is so professional and extremely good at her job. She is pleasant and always collects me from the waiting room. She has a wonderful relationship with her dental nurse who is a delightful caring human being. Thank you both.

I have been seeing Sonali for years and she has always taken good care of me with my checkups and any work that needs to be done. Sonali is really nice and she always does a great job so would definitely recommend.

I could not recommend this dentist enough! All of the staff; receptionist, nurses and dentists were lovely, so friendly and polite. Treatment was quick and effective. I feel confident in the fact that I’ll be well cared for during every visit.

This is dentist is truly one of the best Iv been too. They made me and husband feel so welcome, every staff member was so lovely to us, I was even offered a slice of cake. Explained everything to us with options and available appointments. I’m 40 and I would not change this dentist now. I highly recommend to anyone, if your not on the NHS list the cost are so much lower than private dentist, I was quoted nearly £1300 private near my location and I have just paid £275 for the similar treatment. We have visited 3 times now and always have somewhere to park.

Had an emergency appointment with Vishu today - a brilliant experience from start to finish. Explained my anxieties and fears surrounding based on prior Dental experiences, Vishu was incredibly understanding and talked me through what he was doing each step of the consultation. Receptionist was also lovely! Thank you!

Very efficient and quick in taking my tooth out! V quick in and out! Only Slight thing I would have liked was for explanation of what they were doing before/as do it. Lovely friendly staff.

I just want to say what a wonderful practice this is. The receptionist was very welcoming and helpful. I saw Dr Sanilah and her assistant Maxine. I am a very nervous patient and Dr Sanilah's calm manner really put me at ease. I cant recommend them enough. Thank you

My mum was late to her appointment and Nadine was lovely enough to rebook mum for a later appointment the same day her customer service was superb and she was very approachable. The dentist she saw was FANTASTIC!!! Mum had a dentist Phobia until today as the lovely Mayni make her so comfortable and relaxed she explained everything to mum I don’t think mum wanted to leave! Also Danielle who was assisting Mayni was lovely she also made mum feel comfortable and had a good convo with me, thank you all!

My Mydentist as a premises, I knew as my dentist, from some time in the nineteen seventies. I looked around, to see if I recognised anything, from years gone bye, and did, a little. Divya and Patricia knew their stuff, and were pleasant staff, to know. I'm not always that relaxed, but they were fine with me. I chatted away, especially to Divya, and Patricia, general conservation, small talk. Reception also good. I forgot any payment method, thinking it was NHS free. So, on trust, I went home, and phoned in with my debit card. Unknown to me, was that reception had called,saying, 'Indeed, I owed nothing', on NHS. Overall, a fine experience, with no downside. Thank you.

I changed Dentists a few years back to My Dentist Waltham Cross. It's the best thing I've done. Kerry on reception is the most approachable and sympathetic person. So helpful and reassuring. Nothing is too much trouble. She's a credit to her profession. It's the first dentist I've felt at ease with. Thanks for being so great.
