Absolutely love this practice and have been attending for many many years. When I first started needing any form of treatment, I had a severe phobia of needles (literally fainting, panic attack style phobia) and I recall needing a route canal. The dentist assistant at the time literally gripped my hand whilst I was getting the injection and gave me nothing but encouragement throughout and even the dentist themself was willing me on, taking their time and checking how I was feeling every few minutes. That experience has always stuck with me. I’ve been given prescriptions within an hour of calling up for abscesses on my wisdom teeth which at one stage were a constant problem for me (impacted) but rather than make me suffer, the dentist would prescribe me antibiotics without needing to be seen and immediately upon calling due to how quickly my infections escalate. The reception staff go out of their way to help you and always greet you with a lovely cheerful greeting and my current dentist is pleasant and great at her job! Cannot fault this practice. It reminds me of the good old days with good traditional values and atmosphere

HEARTWARMING experience from the moment checking in, lovely reception staff. Nurse was caring and supportive. Dentist was so informative and kind. I need a new crown and I was talked through all options, I felt comfortable and confident with the treatment plan. I definitely recommend this dental practice to anyone unsure and nervous.
