Fantastic experience! Libby and the team are so approachable, caring and honest. My daughter is quite anxious about going to the dentist but Libby and the team are lovely and always made her feel at ease. They fixed my daughter's teeth and she now has the most beautiful smile. Their prices are very reasonable too, compared to their competitors. Would highly recommend!

My rating is for the clinic, staff and the complimentary assessment appointment, as no treatment was undertaken. I was referred by my dentist in southbourne to discuss any possible orthodontic options.
The clinic was clean, light and modern. Mike was friendly and helpful upon arrival. As a nervous visitor, just in need of advice and assessment, Libby was delightful, calming & knowledgeable. It was an informative & helpful appointment where Libby gave me her honest advice as to what treatment options she could offer, along with her honest professional opinion that she felt that any treatment would cause more problems in the future. I really appreciated her honesty, instead of a hard sell. For these reasons I would recommend this clinic and Libby to anyone who is looking to have an orthodontic assessment and treatment.

Unfortunately I can not post any pictures of before and after. But 5 🌟 for Libby and Team at The Straight Tooth Company. Why.... my 13 year old daughter had a noticeable over bite. Jess became paranoid after a few comments at school. Going through NHS and there Long waiting list (said 3/4 yrs) our dentist recommended Libby and Team. Wow. There very professional, personal centered to individuals, caring, hygienic and reassuring to all who they meet. My daughter was in tears we chose to go with them and get it done before she hits early adulthood. A year and a half of braces, now 15 years old, which my daughter found fine, her over bite was gone. Jess in tears of happiness and fully enjoyed her experience here. Teeth pulled back in line, and she can't stop smiling. Retainers and after care provided, also reassurance Jess can also ways ring them over any questions she has. Not one to write a review but Libby and the team have done above and beyond. We can't Thank them enough. Her confidence is back.

I’ve had such a welcoming and easy process with The Straight Tooth Company from start to finish. As someone who was very nervous going in, whole team have been super friendly and always make me feel welcome, as well as understanding every step of my treatment including the cost.

So pleased with the final results of my teeth. Libby and her team have been amazing from the very beginning.
