The staff was experienced and knowledgeable, and they handled my toddler very well. However, we had a minor concern when they suggested pulling out all of my child's baby teeth (they are in a bad condition), as this is not considered necessary in our country; typically, only the problematic teeth which causes pain are treated or extracted. I believe this discrepancy is simply a difference in treatment approaches between the two countries. Otherwise, we are very happy with them and still use them.
