After some negative experiences in the past, I was hesitant to get my teeth checked, but the care, treatment, and urgency demonstrated by this practice are remarkable. My dentist, Dr. Prakriti, is one of the kindest people I’ve encountered in the healthcare field. She thoroughly explained the issues with my teeth and the pain I was experiencing. Absolutely outstanding experience! From the moment I walked into the clinic, the receptionist greeted me with warmth and professionalism, making me feel at ease. Dr Gim was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain the entire procedure, answering all my questions with patience. I have got two tooth filling in there and it was amazing experience for me. During the surgery, the dental nurse Sunita and Dr Gim was attentive and supportive, ensuring I was comfortable throughout. The surgeon's skill and precision were evident, and I felt confident in their care. The follow-up was thorough, and I appreciated the clear instructions provided by them.
