I visited the practice yesterday for the first time and was blown by the customer service I received from the receptionists to the hygienists. The receptionists were easy to talk you, showed professionalism and kindness! The hygienists were inviting, explained in detail the process, gave honest feedback, including recommendations. Amazing practice. The receptionist Beverley was so welcoming and kind. Dr Alan and Dr Geraldine were both attentive to my concerns and ensured I understood what was happening and why. Overall, great experience!
