Fast and efficient access to a GP. The doctor was very reassuring and I left feeling very happy with the service. The medical service is great .. the only 'blip' was the online form which had not arrived at the surgery even though I had completed it in advance the night before.

My experience has been nothing but delightful here. The staff are super helpful and friendly on all fronts. The clinicians are knowledgeable and explain things in depth. Don’t hesitate to book an appointment, best thing I’ve done in 2024!!

Great service, and access to an excellent GP - I left feeling reassured, and far more comfortable for my next steps. Will definitely use the GP service again, as well have a general health/medical check.

These guys were absolute lifesavers. After arriving from Australia required antibiotics, I was able to be seen straight and after a thorough consultation given the script to get my medication. Friendly, helpful and a special mention to Dr Dee and the lovely ladies on reception. Thank you😃

The place is new and very clean, the member of staff are polite, the doctor I have met is very helpful and doesn’t rush you. The pratice is small but efficient, it’s in front of Balham tube station. You can be in an out easily. If you want to park there’s a Saynsbury next door, buy a bottle of water and you can probably stay up to 2 hours for free. I had an excellent customer experience.
