Very happy with the service provided by Denpure Ickenham, all staff are lovely and very helpful. The reception staff are warm and welcoming and very informative. Dr Roshni and nurse Geeta have been amazing making me feel so calm and comfortable that I've finally been able to have the work done I've been wanting for years. I visited this practice for the first time to see the hygienist. Sid did such an amazing job by greeting me and explaining the process. I feared my teeth would be in a bad state as my last cleaning was done 8 months ago. But after checking he said that they were not that bad but with a good cleaning today my teeth would be great. Each time he finished a section he checked in with me regarding pain or discomfort. I am so happy that my gums and teeth are cleared. I will be visiting again. Thanks

Great hygiene session as usual. It pays to do regular sessions at least once a year, twice may be better. I have seen lots of improvement in my dental health over the last three years, thanks to Tangmere DP.

The location is easily accessible. The premises are very clinical, tidy, clean, and hygienic. The reception staff are professional, polite, informative, with clear spoken English in a well-defined accent. The office uses up-to-date and efficient booking and reminder systems, along with paperless forms for patient medical records. The dentist and assistants are very professional, well-presented and communicate comfortably through personal interaction. They are easy to talk to and instil a sense of trust,- excellent communication skills. The dentists are detail-oriented and artistic in their work, showing genuine care and concern for how the patient feels during procedures.

My recent visit to West House Dental left me genuinely impressed. The level of care and expertise they provided was outstanding. From the welcoming staff to Dr. Shabnam Zai meticulous work, it was a truly remarkable experience. If you value your oral health and a comfortable, professional atmosphere, this is the place to go. I can’t recommend them enough! From the moment I entered, I was blown away with the aesthetics of the facility and cleanliness. Dr. Zai provided me a consultation where I learnt so much about my teeth and oral hygiene, important details my previous dentist never told me about. She is an absolute gem and very light handed. I did not feel any pain or soreness which I have previously experienced with other dentists. Everyone was really professional and well trained. Location is beautiful. I can actually say after this that I’m excited for my next appointment!!

West House Dental is a very comfortable and cosy environment which takes the edge off the fact that you're in a Dentist. The staff members are always so friendly and welcoming! Nikita is an amazing Dentist who is so gentle and patient with her approach which makes me feel calm and relaxed! I've been a patient at West House dental for a few years now. I have nothing but praise for the whole team! They've sorted out my teeth and gums and I've just had the most pain free filling ever, I'd even go as far as saying it was quite a pleasant experience! I was a really nervous patient to start with but now, I don't worry at all about going to any of my dental or hygiene appointments. Honestly, I can't fault them and would (and do!) highly recommend them to everyone.

If you haven't meet Gizem yet you definitely need to! She is a lovely person an an amazing aesthetician. Before I had my consult with her I was against facial aesthetics, and I never imagined myself having any treatment. I've done botox treatment around my eyes and my forehead. The results are great, no issue at all. I am very happy with my treatment and I will come back every 6 months. You have to come and see Gizem if you feel that you want to make some changes to your appearence , or are small things that you want to improve.

The service is efficient and friendly both during and before the appointment with helpful advice. They have a children's but not adults NHS contract which is a shame. The private fees are not extortionate but we pay our taxes for NHS cover free at the point of delivery. The premises look very clean and tidy.

I've been a patient at this dentist practice, seeing Sapna Bhattessa, for coming up to a year now and I've been very happy with my care. Yesterday afternoon, my 6yo son stopped talking, eating and drinking and wouldn't open his mouth. Using mime and note-writing, we ascertained that there was something wrong with one of his molars. This morning, I rang 388 and, luckily, there was an appointment with Shaleeza Makhani this afternoon. My son hadn't eaten since yesterday lunchtime and had only had a couple of mouthfuls to drink by this time. At the appointment, Shaleeza was incredible. She was so kind and gentle and really gained my son's trust, putting him at ease by talking about her dog when she saw he had his cuddly dog to keep him company whilst he was in the chair. She coaxed my son to open his mouth and saw that his molar had been broken in half by the adult tooth pushing down on it, but each half was still pretty firmly in the gum. Using mime, meaningful looks and half-whispered phrases, Shaleeza ascertained that the best course of action would be numbing gel rather than injection, then, when my son found it impossible to have that applied, she kindly and clearly talked through the options with him and got his consent to try to remove it without pain relief. She then did this very quickly and deftly, applying the gel once the tooth had been removed. I cannot express how thankful I am to Shaleeza and her nurse, whose name I can't remember, sorry! Their kindness, skill and professionalism made what could have been an extremely traumatic event into a calm and well handled procedure. My son came home and was soon drinking, eating and talking, back to his usual happy self. So relieved and grateful, thank you so much! Would highly and happily recommend Dentistry at 388 to anyone and everyone!

We have been here on Monday for the first dentist visit of my daughter who is 2 and half years old. Very professional clinic, at the beginning they ask you all the relevant information about the patient ( allergies, diseases, medical condition, surgery ecc) to make sure the practice has all the detail to safely proceed. The dentist was really nice and friendly, made sure my daughter was comfortable and adviced us to go back in 6 months to give her the habit of going to the dentist. She got a sticker at the end and was super happy and proud, great clinic and doctors!

Took my mother to this great dentist to have her denture fitted after her teeth were removed. So a lovely dentist by the name of Dr. Shaleeza A Makhani very professional, made my mum feel very comfortable and relaxed. Great customer service and care.

Everyone in the Practice is very friendly and professional. Clear feedback on any treatment required, but having followed advice from both dentist and hygenist over the years has resulted in minimal restoration work. Reception staff always find convenient appointments with email confirmation.

The appointment was on time. Friendly staff My dentist made cost effective suggestions for preserving a wisdom tooth which was decayed and broken. The tooth now feels like new. Saved having an extraction. Walked out very happy!

I've been using Parkway dental practice for many years and whilst I have now moved a little further way I chose to travel due to the first class service that Anu and her Team provide. My 6 year old daughter has also enjoyed her dentist visits (since the age of 3) which again is testament to the family environment which the team create.

I was referred to Park Way Dental Practice (Ruislip) as I needed work on a failed root canal. Having had the original procedure in the 80's, I was feeling a little aprehensive. On arrival I was greeted by the smiling face of receptionist Amita and shown to the waiting room. At the time of my appointment the dental nurse Claudia introduced herself and took me into the surgery room, introducing me to Georgios the Endodontist. Both put me at my ease, Georgios then explained that this was an initial assessment, and what corrective work would be needed. I returned a week later and the process of removing the old root canal filling started. I was in surgery for near on two and a half hours. During this time I was put at my ease by Caudia and Georgios, the process might have been long but pain-free and relaxing. An appointment was made for the following week to complete the work and I was given antibiotics incase of infection and promised a telephone call on the Monday to check on how I was and if I need to take the antibiotics, true to her word Amita rang me and I was pleased to report, the only thing I had to take was paracetamol for slight pain when the anesthetic was wearing off. Work was completed on the following visit. I was so impressed by the service I had received, I called a friend who needs the same procedure. Telling her not to worry. I have another root canal that if it fails I will have no hesitation on returning to have it sorted. Thank you Amita, Claudia and Georgios you are amazing people and the whole process was a pleasant experience. See you in 6 months for a check up.

I first registered with this practice in the early 80s and although it has changed hands two or three times since then the quality of the dentistry has always seemed to me to be excellent. I moved house a couple of years ago but I'm so pleased with every aspect of their service that I still attend this practice - a 50 mile drive each way! Highly recommended.

I had the pleasure of seeing Alisha Gupta at Damira Dental Practice on Eastcote Road, and she is hands down the best hygienist I've ever had. From start to finish, she was incredibly thorough and professional. She applied numbing gel to ensure my comfort and took her time, which made a huge difference—there was no sense of rushing or "clock-watching." Alisha explained everything she was doing during the process, providing invaluable advice on oral hygiene, product recommendations, and what to avoid. What truly stood out was how she managed to clean even the hardest-to-reach areas at the back of my mouth, which many hygienists often miss. Her technique was gently "thorough" and effective, with no harsh movements or discomfort. It was clear that she genuinely cares about her patients and their dental health. Had an amazing first appointment at Damira Ruislip. Dr Shamaila took the time to explain everything thoroughly and had excellent patient manner. Everyone was friendly and I will definitely be rebooking with Damira for my next check up.

I see Dipal as my Dentist, who is excellent. Today I saw the hygienist which I have been putting off for a long time, as last time I went I found it so very painful. But this time new hygienist was absolutely brilliant Not painful, but very thourgh. Reception always helpful and cheerful too.

Cannot fault the team from receptionists to the dentist. Really friendly and very welcoming. Normally going to the dentist is a nightmare as my youngest is autistic and cannot cope with noise, but Reena was so caring and totally understood. The plaque remover is normally a no go, but Reena explained why it had to be used and if he cannot take the noise she would stop. In fact Reena had virtually finished when he asked her to stop. Thank you for making the visit so much easier
