I have been a member of this practice for a number of years. The staff are professional and polite. I always see Rik who always shares great pearls of wisdom when it comes to dental care. He is very personable and committed to looking after my dental health.

I've been a patient at this dentist practice, seeing Sapna Bhattessa, for coming up to a year now and I've been very happy with my care. Yesterday afternoon, my 6yo son stopped talking, eating and drinking and wouldn't open his mouth. Using mime and note-writing, we ascertained that there was something wrong with one of his molars. This morning, I rang 388 and, luckily, there was an appointment with Shaleeza Makhani this afternoon. My son hadn't eaten since yesterday lunchtime and had only had a couple of mouthfuls to drink by this time. At the appointment, Shaleeza was incredible. She was so kind and gentle and really gained my son's trust, putting him at ease by talking about her dog when she saw he had his cuddly dog to keep him company whilst he was in the chair. She coaxed my son to open his mouth and saw that his molar had been broken in half by the adult tooth pushing down on it, but each half was still pretty firmly in the gum. Using mime, meaningful looks and half-whispered phrases, Shaleeza ascertained that the best course of action would be numbing gel rather than injection, then, when my son found it impossible to have that applied, she kindly and clearly talked through the options with him and got his consent to try to remove it without pain relief. She then did this very quickly and deftly, applying the gel once the tooth had been removed. I cannot express how thankful I am to Shaleeza and her nurse, whose name I can't remember, sorry! Their kindness, skill and professionalism made what could have been an extremely traumatic event into a calm and well handled procedure. My son came home and was soon drinking, eating and talking, back to his usual happy self. So relieved and grateful, thank you so much! Would highly and happily recommend Dentistry at 388 to anyone and everyone!

We have been here on Monday for the first dentist visit of my daughter who is 2 and half years old. Very professional clinic, at the beginning they ask you all the relevant information about the patient ( allergies, diseases, medical condition, surgery ecc) to make sure the practice has all the detail to safely proceed. The dentist was really nice and friendly, made sure my daughter was comfortable and adviced us to go back in 6 months to give her the habit of going to the dentist. She got a sticker at the end and was super happy and proud, great clinic and doctors!

Took my mother to this great dentist to have her denture fitted after her teeth were removed. So a lovely dentist by the name of Dr. Shaleeza A Makhani very professional, made my mum feel very comfortable and relaxed. Great customer service and care.

Rosy is an excellent Hygienist. She is very professional and makes you feel relaxed and fully informed about your treatment.
