I met Dr. Fabrizio Castellari through a friend. I was very very lucky. At the time I needed a root canal treatment and being recently in London I did not yet have a dentist. His working philosophy foresees a precise and totally painless intervention. It puts you at ease and explains everything to you in detail. In short, if you need a dentist do yourself a favor and go to him.

Had an emergency appointment with Dr. Fabrizio. Came to the practice with excruciating pain that was bothering me even on painkillers (wisdom teeth surgery complications). Haven’t taken any painkillers since this appointment! The problem was gone: Dr. Fabrizio sorted it in just one visit. He’s very caring and empathetic, explains everything in a clear and respectful manner, answers all the questions and really prioritises well-being of his patients. It was definitely the best dental experience I’ve had so far! Highly recommend.

Dr. Fabrizio Castellari is the best dentist ever! I struggled with several dentists to fix my 6 year old daughter's 2 cavities. I was sceptical whether it was ever going to get fixed. Not only did he manage to inject her and drill her 2 cavities (without happy gas!), she even loved the whole experience and can't stop talking about him. I highly recommend him for both kids & adults!

Dr Fabrizio Castellari, I called in an emergency. I was in excruciating pain. It turned out I needed a root canal! He dealt with the initial problem out of his usual working hours. He then advised me in great detail and coached me through every stage of the complex process to make sure I was comfortable and fully understood everything he was doing and why. I can honestly say that I have not had a better experience with any dentist before or since meeting Dr. Castellari. I would wholly recommend him and his practice.
