I’ve been going to Bupa Dental Care Soho since 2022, and every visit has been great. Luca Nigrelli is my dentist, and he’s always taken good care of me. Shirin Ghanbari, the lead receptionist, is also really friendly and helpful. I’ve done whitening, Invisalign, bonding on 10 teeth, got a mouthguard, and had my teeth cleaned many times. I’m really happy with the results. I also want to mention Rebecca Wright, who I’ve seen a few times at reception. She has a nurse background, which really helps when it comes to explaining treatments. They’re also flexible with appointments. If I need to reschedule, they always find a time that works, and it’s easy to get an appointment quickly. Luca explains the treatments in a way that makes sense and always figures out the best solution. One of the best things is they offer 0% finance, which makes paying for everything much easier. Overall, I’ve had a great experience here and plan to keep coming back!

They have manned this practice so well that i can wholeheartedly say that this is the best dentist practise that i have experienced - the reason why i've stayed at this practise for so many years. I’m always on top of my yearly appointments due to their occasional updates on when checks are due and Shirin works around fitting my appointments around my hectic schedule (makes my life easier 😁). Shagar has been my hygienist for many year and honestly i look forward to my appointments each year. She is passionate about provide the best service but also providing the best advice without building a realistic and effective plan to maintaining teeth health. Racheal (dentist) has always provided a calm and comfortable environment when getting treatments which made getting the occasional filling a breeze.
