My experience at ultra smile was very very good. Although starting with a different clinician at the beginning of the process and moving to someone new mid way through, the process has been efficient and enjoyable at every step of the way. The team have been friendly and flexible to changing appointments throughout the process and have offered advice and guidance when asked. I am on my last set of aligners and eagerly await the final outcome of the Invisalign process. I was referred to the clinic by a friend who had a similar seamless process. I had both required and cosmetic services almost 15 YEARS ago at this clinic!! Every dentist I have seen since then comments on their beautiful work (my veneer and crown). After 15 years and no longer living in the UK, I am searching for a clinic that will be as good as Ultra Smile....it's proving tough to find....considering travelling back to the UK just to see them!
