I am about to start my orthodontic treatment with invisible braces with Dr. Mauricio Moreno, and I couldn’t be more at ease with my decision. I was impressed by his use of 3D scanners to plan the treatment with precision, avoiding the uncomfortable molds of the past. Dr. Mauricio Moreno combines the latest technology with a friendly and professional approach. I’m sure the results will be excellent, and I couldn't be in better hands.

The staff are lovely and reassuring and the surgery itself was efficient and painless. However, the signage as you arrive isn't very clear in expressing that there is no reception or reception staff and there is only a tiny sign to say ring a tiny bell on the other side of the waiting room. Literally EVERYONE including myself who arrived was confused. So felt a bit unorganised at the beginning. But again great friendly and efficient staff. Thank you. 👍

Well, I'm not a keen visitor to the dentist, but today went as well as can be. Waiting room was clean and also got to watch Bargain Hunt on the big screen 😊. Dr Shembesh did what was needed to be done very efficiently. I wasnt distressed or in pain at all. His assistant Romana was most calming, helpful and informative aswell as being beautiful 😊

This is a great dental practice. I have followed Tariq from another practice. I had an extraction under sedation and the experience was so smooth and painless that when I came to, I actually believed it had not been done yet, can you believe that? Highly recommended. With all good wishes

I was extremely anxious to have dental surgery to remove tooth. I was immediately put at ease by the lovely dental assistant and then by the surgeon . Everything was explained to me, extraction took moments with no pain, then I was informed of aftercare. Amazing!!

I am the worst of awful dental patients. I am so scared of dental work, after many years of work as a child. Dr Sian Li is endlessly patient with my anxiety and is always reassuring. She'll offer choices like sedation, or adrenaline-free local anesthetic (so you don't get that horrible shakiness later!) Look after your teeth, go here if you're anxious!

Always a pleasure to visit this dental practise. The booking/payment process is so easy to do and the practise is spotlessly clean. From the moment you walk through the door you're greeted with extremely friendly and pleasant staff and a warm smile. (Thank you Marian and Millie) The dentists (particularly Dr Shefali) put you immediately at ease and take the time to explain all concerns and reassure you prior to treatment. Their work is meticulous and they all make the visit fun. I really cannot find any fault with the practise whatsoever. I have done my Invisalign at Cannon Street Dental with Sr Twinkler. He was always very professional and helpful. The whole process over the months was smooth, when I had issues they always replied very quickly and managed to give me an appointment asap. I also went to Cannon Street for an emergency wisdom tooth removal and Dr Patel was very professional and made me feel comfortable during an uncomfortable situation. Also front of the house staff are always very nice and professional. Would definitely recommend!

I’ve just started my Invisalign treatment and have been very impressed with CSDC so far. From the initial consultation with Jas, sales process with Lagle, hygienist appointment (didn’t catch the lady’s name), and Invisalign fitting process with Graham, everything has been incredible professional and top class. I highly recommend CSDC to anyone wishing to do Invisalign and am looking forward to seeing through my treatment and cosmetic work with the team.

I'm currently going through a course of treatment here. I have to say this is an amazing practice. The reception team are really friendly and the building is really relaxing with plenty of windows to gaze through while pondering treatment. :-) Katherine, the hygienist is simply exceptional. My gums were in pretty good condition but at my previous hygienist (at a different practice) I was spitting out blood after their rushed and rough treatment that left my mouth sore for days. Katherine however was the complete opposite... She took her time and was so gentle and... no blood or follow up pain. I am no longer dreading the hygienist. George, the dentist, is also every bit outstanding. At my initial consult he highlight 2 fillings that he knew from his experience were causing me trouble. I never mentioned them initially, but he was right, they needed treatment as they always had caused me bother. He is a very friendly, relaxed and confident dentist, qualities I value to keep me calm. A treatment plan was provided up front detailing all of the costs. There was no sales pressure and I felt free to book every appointment on my own schedule. As I write this George has completed one filling yesterday and he spent an hour making it just perfect. You can tell he loves his job. The tooth feels fantastic today and my tooth is very grateful. :-) My take away is to be careful of NHS dentists that offer private treatment. In my opinion, their private fees aren't transparent and you tend to accept them when in the chair for an NHS checkup. As a fully private practice I think PermDent are fully transparent with there pricing which must encourage them to be competitive. Yes it is a expensive, but so is all dentistry. Worth every penny for the highly motivated, exceptional team here. I can't recommend this practice enough.

Great practice and a wonderful team. I’m always greeted with a smile and a warm welcome from Nicole and Raz at reception. As for my dentist Milly, and hygienist Rahana I can’t rate them highly enough. I’m a very nervous patient but I always feel comfortable and in very safe hands here.

Doctors are very professional and sometimes working part time in the emergency hospital departments, so you will get be served by the best of the best. Also hygienist practice is amazing - around 60, 90£, very friendly staff, straightforward and honest, they will tell you what needs to be done. Very professional receptionist - admin girls, also they are efficient and on point - if you need to change date or time, they are very knowledgeable and will provide what is the best for the client. They will make for you whole schedule with appointments for whole year. Safe place to go and invest in your smile. Clean toilets, modern rooms and equipment, some free goods like toothpaste and toothbrushes. I am client for almost 6 years. Also they are very transparent with each other so almost whole staff knows what was done and by whom, and each doctor checking whole your mouth just in case.

I registered with this practice a few years ago and I'm very happy with it. I saw Maria for teeth cleaning and Dr Chinwe for regular check ups and I highly recommend both of them. Maria was extremely kind, thoughtful and thorough in considering all the aspects of my treatment. She did a great job cleaning my teeth and answering to all my questions. My teeth look super clean now! I've seen Dr Chinwe a couple of times and she's always been incredibly friendly, professional, informative and patient. They both made my experience of going to the dentist very pleasant.

For someone who gets anxious when going to the dentist this was a really comfortable hygienist appointment. Srita explained everything she was going to do and made sure the discomfort was at a minimum. She also played some nice music to keep my mind off the work she was doing.

Dr Chinwe is wonderful! Incredibly professional, kind and friendly approach. She always greets me with a smile and makes sure I am feeling comfortable. Achieved results always exceed my expectations and I couldn't recommend her enough. Furthermore, the reception team is incredibly kind and consistently goes above and beyond for their patients.

Amazing dental surgery esp. Dr. Sally. The receptionists are also very professional and go their utmost to help you. I was there with my infant son too, and they've been very patient and accommodating. Unlike other dental surgeries in the neighborhood who would prefer private patients and claimed they can't take NHS patients, MP was honest to say if they're completely full and can't take new patients (private or subsidised). Highly recommend for being such an honest and authentic practice.

Everything about this practice is superb. They have great reception staff (Gail, you are amazing) and Dr Harmer is the best dentist I've ever been to. I love this dentist practice - they are professional,clean and cutting edge. You will not regret being a patient here! My smile feels great!

Really pleasant staff, the dentist who gave me my check up had a proper chat with me before and after so I knew exactly what was going on and why. You're made to feel as if for the five minutes you're there you're the most important patient they have.

This is a really well run practice. The hygienist I see is amazing, very professional and thorough but also pain free treatments.

Brilliant course of Invisalign and whitening with Dr Sally. I’ve just finished the process which for me took 6 months and am really happy with the results - my teeth have straightened and are a lighter natural shade. I also now have a permanent retainer and left over whitener to use for the future to keep the results. My package included Invisalign (18 aligners - approx one per week), permanent retainers (wires behind the back of the teeth) upon completion of the Invisalign course, a physical retainer to wear every night upon completion of the Invisalign course and an at-home teeth whitening kit with corresponding aligner specific to my teeth. Dr Sally explained everything in detail and we had regular check ups to ensure everything was on track and change anything as needed. I’ve been going to MP Dental (connected to the dentist studio) for years for my regular check ups, asked my dentist about Invisalign and was introduced to Dr Sally there and then who took scans of my teeth and showed me what they could look like with a course of Invisalign. Although Invisalign is expensive, I think it’s worth it for anyone who is concerned about the look of their teeth.

Had an easy going hygienist appointment, staff are friendly and environment is clean! Would come again
