I can highly recommend Acute, called out to resolve an issue caused by another contractor. Steve the engineer was polite, friendly and professional. James and his colleague came to fit our new boiler last week that we had purchased via Boxt. I can speak highly enough of the service Acute provided.
They were incredible professional and considerate of the Covid situation we are all in.
They had to carry out some additional pipe work to convert the old gas pipes, but this was undertaken without any fuss and the work was completed to a very high standard.
From a time spent ons site perspective, again, they arrived on time (8am), having called the night before to confirm all details and were finished by around 3pm, having left the work area clean and tidy.
I would highly recommend Acute. Great work and very nice people as well.
