Update October 2021:
We liked our custom shelves/cabinets so much that we had James Carpentry return to install fitted wardrobes in the bedroom (blue wardrobes pictured below). Once again, they did an amazing job and it looks brilliant. Installation and painting was once again done very professionally and in a clean and timely manner.

July 2021:
We recently bought a flat which didn't have much storage space in it, but had two large alcoves in the living room. After a search of local carpenters, I came across James Carpentry. It is an amazing business and they were so professional from start to finish. Very prompt to answer the initial enquiry and to take measurements/send the designs. During installation and painting, they were very careful to ensure no mess was created/left behind and did a beautiful job. We originally wanted to have completely symmetrical shelves but on installation day they showed us a few options and we ended up liking the asymmetrical style more - which they accommodated! We are so pleased with the final result and will definitely be using James Carpentry again - already put in an enquiry about bedroom storage!

They are very knowledgeable and they take the time to address all your concerns and requests, giving you excellent advice about the design and the smallest details. The quality of the product speaks for itself - a lot of our friends and family have already commented on how beautiful our new wardrobe looks and how functional is the interior. I had two bespoke wardrobes built in our home by James and his team. From the initial consultation with Anna, to James and the team who built the wardrobes and Attila who hand painted them - I could not fault any part of the process.
