I honestly cannot thank MD Springs enough! Today I had a dilemma with my car failing it's MOT due to a leaking calliper (due to a previous company likely being at fault a few days earlier). I rung up in a panic as I am due to go into labour at any point and was told to bring the car in today and they would look at it but the earliest to be fixed would be Monday (its currently Thursday so wasnt a big issue). When i got to the reception I explained my situation over the past couple of days and instantly was told 'let us just have a quick look at it'. I was then told about 5 minutes later 'we'll have you back on the road in a few minutes' and was told that actually to fix the problem something just needed tightening!! Absolutely crazy. I am so grateful that it was sorted and the friendly, kind and honest service I received was next level. You made my week much better and less stressful! You have definitely got yourself a new customer and I will recommend you to anyone I speak to! Thank you so much!!

Having never used M D Spring Autos before until today I had to ask myself why? Absolutely first class service! Rang up To enquire about new tyres at 10am and by 4pm the same day all done and this was with them having to order the tyres into stock! Great experience, price and more importantly service! David really did go above and beyond.
