Brian is a really competent, honest mechanic, who will charge a very reasonable price for any work he does. I'd recommend him to anyone, particularly younger drivers, who may not know much about car problems. He'll get them sorted without breaking the bank..

Brian and his team are brillant. I needed two tyres urgently replacing. Within 24 hours they were ordered and fitted (despite their day already being completely booked out) they squeezed me in). Prices are very reasonable and you never feel they are carrying out work for the sake of it. Highly recommend.

We had exceptional service, we popped into Kwik Fit Hertford on the off chance, not having an appointment, my tyres where low on air which was done straight away, a new windscreen wiper needed, to be replaced, they ordered it and by the time we where about to leave it had arrived and was fitted. I needed an MOT last minute and had a bunch of questions, the team was absolutely brilliant, especially Chris. They gave me loads of helpful info, were super reassuring and managed to squeeze me in quickly. Communication was spot on throughout and they really worked around my schedule. He explained everything to me, fixed my tyre quickly and then explained how I can bring my car in anytime for assistance, service etc. A really nice guy and a fantastic team member. Following a really poor experience at another garage, I was really pleased to have a fast and honest service done at Kwik Fit Hertford. Jacob was very welcoming and easy going. Excellent experience (as far as a wheel alignment on a Saturday morning can be!).

So far so good. Did an MOT and follow-up repairs with them last year. More recently, I had some loose covers making huge rattling noises and they took the car in and fixed the issue on the same day I called (all within 2 hrs or so!). I'm not a car expert, but the prices seem reasonable to me.

While travelling 255 miles from Newcastle to Hertford to deal with a family crisis, My car decided to drop 4 of its 7 (automatic) gears and went into “emergency gear mode” half way into my journey, I contacted Highline Autos the next day, explaining my situation, I was surprised to be told yes, pop along and we will see if we can help you, my car was plugged in to a computer, and I was given advice by the technician, he also mentioned that I probably had a slow puncture & where I could go to get it fixed. I’m sorry that I didn’t get any of their names but they were so helpful. I would highly recommend.

first time I have used Benns tyres today after I was recovered after my tyre blew out on the a1 I was obviously shocked and worried.
