Following a really poor experience at another garage, I was really pleased to have a fast and honest service done at Kwik Fit Hertford. Jacob was very welcoming and easy going. Excellent experience (as far as a wheel alignment on a Saturday morning can be!).

He explained everything to me, fixed my tyre quickly and then explained how I can bring my car in anytime for assistance, service etc. A really nice guy and a fantastic team member. We had exceptional service, we popped into Kwik Fit Hertford on the off chance, not having an appointment, my tyres where low on air which was done straight away, a new windscreen wiper needed, to be replaced, they ordered it and by the time we where about to leave it had arrived and was fitted.
