Such a friendly and helpful garage. Recently had our MOT done here and they were super quick and communication was great. Just now they helped me out due to my engine coolant warning symbol having turned on during my morning journey. In my panic, with a crying newborn in the car, I just turned up at 8am and they welcomed me in and topped me up and didn't let me pay them when I tried. A massive help given I didn't really know what I was doing and didn't own any coolant but needed to use the car/get home!! Definitely recommend!!!

Update 14/4/2025: the great service continues, needed urgent help today and I was able to drop the car off first thing, replacement part sourced and car repaired by the afternoon. After taking to a garage elsewhere (that did a shocking job), I visited Harpenden Mill. My car was instantly diagnosed, a price was quickly established, the mechanics were in regular contact and had my car back on the road really quickly. On top of this both the mechanics I dealt with were top blokes, and even rang a couple of weeks later to see how the car was doing. The car now drives exactly as it did when I bought it five years ago and I’m chuffed to bits.

This is the best place I've ever used. As a woman car driver I've been ripped off many times over the years, but these guys are helpful and honest. I recommend this garage to everyone
