Right. I promised these guys a review a month ago or so so here I am :) (i know I'm late it slipped my mind and i apologize). Me and a mate needed 2 cars MOT'd asap. Every place seemed to be busy for a week or so or their service to try fit us in weren't the best. Called Eurotec. Although they were busy, they advised me to bring the cars down the next day and it'll get squeezed in last minute for me sometime during the day. Took the first car in, left it with them, 3hrs had a fall to come and bring the 2nd one. Nice and easy. Called me on time and as promised. MOT service was great. Their customer service is even better! As i went in, i found the reception to be clean and tidy, staff were welcoming to help. It's a family run business so i believe it was the mother that served me at the reception with her son also. Lovely family also into their cars so when I saw this I knew i could trust them. Came to collect the cars, job was nice and easy, payment and receipt, nice and easy. They also advised me of tyre issue I could possibly get fixed soon (always good to know of issues before they arise) and we had a chat about cars and plates etc. On a day off work with little sleep and tired after the whole week, Eurotec saved me a lot of hassle and headache, fit me in last minute (with managed expectation of "can't guarantee a time but it'll defo get done" which is understandable as I called literally a day before) and delivered as promised with friendly service! You guys are now my local mechanic for any needs and I'm already bringing my friends and family here. I suggest others do so too! Ignore my dirty car in the picture 🤣 -MR

Recently took my car for an MOT. Unfortunately it failed but they arranged to change the 2 rear tyres and kept me updated . The job was done quickly as I needed my car back for work. I was so impressed with Eurotec that they are now be doing the servicing on my vehicles now and in the future

Now sorry originally a joke but I think it Steven or Stephen but will for now say John, Darcy and the other one !! (🤣🤣). Thankyou guys , well mainly to John as he was the hero on the day. Thanks to my brother in law, my over ride switch was on wrong way round so I discovered a wire connector burnt on. I phoned up here and (the best one with the spaniel) said bring down sure we can help. John very quickly attached a new clip on for me in speedy time. Now have perfect working Scoooter. Who knew there talents ranged from cars to mobility scooters !. Ab no charge but wanted paying in kindness... (ahemmm)...so in the pouring rain and soggy knickers I kept my promise and produced a cake as way of kindness today. But to be serious they have a good reputation for a reason. Lovely people . New Road Service Station was recommended to me by my daughter who lives nearby and takes her car there for everything, repairs and mot. The receptionists are amazing. Very friendly, welcoming and efficient. It's a very busy garage and I'm not surprised, but they always do their best to fit you in for an appointment. I have so far found them to always be forthright, honest, and fair. They will not do anything that's not necessary on your vehicle. That's so refreshing in these days of so many 'rip off ' merchants!!! I can only give them 5 stars for customer service and first class mechanical and technical support.

I have used this garage for nearly 30 years with my various |Land Rovers.They have always managed to help me and find a solution to repairing my valued old vehicles. A bottle of Prosecco always goes down well!

Gotta say I was dubious at first had driven past these guys on a numerous occasion but After an emergency breakdown, the AA recommended these chefs and I’ve got to say they were great! Kept me posted throughout, which was key! Thanks guys!!!

I've been taking my cars here for about 10 years, mostly for MOT and a mini service each year but for some repairs too. The service has always been excellent. I have asked on a couple of occasions for repairs that have turned out to be unnecessary for my particular car, it would have been very easy for the garage to go ahead and do as I had asked but I was called and told the situation and was able to cancel the work. I really appreciate that level of honesty and customer care. Highly recommend!

I’ve been bringing my car here for a couple of years now for MOTs, services, and a couple of other issues like flats and my battery giving up the ghost, and have been very impressed with the service. Staff are helpful and always explain what work needs doing, and have always let me know if there’s something that doesn’t need doing right away or at all - I’ve always appreciated that honesty! Pricing is fair and most jobs have been completed in the one day, but they’re very on it with communicating if things will need to take a little longer. Overall this is an excellent garage!

I'm fussy about who works on my cars. I'll drive hundreds of miles to see a good specialist. For anything else, I've been coming here for a couple of years and I'm very happy. For any mechanical problem or servicing, they're no nonsense and look after you and your car properly. You can talk to them. No flim flam. There are any number of garages hereabouts I would avoid, but I don't like leaving bad reviews unless there's no doubt. I don't leave good reviews unless I'm sure either. So after a few years, I'm delighted to have found another good one. My only worry is them becoming too popular, because right now they can usually fit you in when there's an emergency.

This team here offer the most honest service and go above and beyond to make things right for your car. We have been using their services for year and wouldn’t trust anyone else with our car.

The two guys who work here are good at what they do. My car started having problems, so I looked for somewhere local and found Northwood auto services. The first time, I've used them and will use them again. They were spot on with finding out the problem and fixing. Great value for money. Quick to fit me in their busy garage so I wasn't waiting long. Gary and Harry were helpful and sorted the problem . I will be recommending them to family and friends. Great job guys.

Quick and easy MOT. Gave helpful advice on using dealer service to not lose guarantee. Rare these days for people to be helpful and talk themselves out of business in the short term. But I will come back for my future services and repairs for sure.

Trustworthy and very reasonably priced! My car was dropped off at this garage by the RAC. Engineers quickly diagnosed, ordered parts and fixed the suspension within 24 hours. What an amazing garage. I took my car there as I had issues with my exhaust. I needed my car back before the school run and the service I received was 100%.
