I experienced very professional service at this garage. I was very pleased to find that Tolpits Motors have a policy where if your vehicle fails MOT then there is no charge. The price I was charged for works done to my vehicle seemed very reasonable. All round, this was the best experience I have had at any garage.

Just had my car fixed and MOTed. Tony and the team were very helpful. The receptionist was really warm smiley and helpful too. They managed to find a slot just in time at short notice and are polite and professional. I highly recommend .

Needed Oil sump gasket replacement for my E39, this shop quoted me the lowest, turns out the job was looking to be longer than expected so they quoted me similar to other places, halfway through the job I was told they couldn't complete as they didn't have the engine support beam, was a little bit frustrated but grateful for Javins honesty. Shop has great communication and honesty, would recommend even though job was incomplete.

I've take 2 seperate Corsas in for an oil leak and a faulty coil pack and from the initial interactions to the closing farewells it was a fantastic all round experience. Fantastic customer service!!!!! I desperately needed to sort my car out as it was making a horrendous sound, but Pinner Auto Centre were able to help. I initially was nervous it was going to be something really serious and expensive. However the mechanic was able to formerly diagnose and fix my car on the same day!!!! Other mechanics would have taken weeks to fix my car. The work was done all in one day, whilst I was at work which was a bonus. I felt at ease as the mechanics contacted me when he felt more work was required, he also sent me videos and picture of the work that he was doing. Being a women you’re never sure if mechanics are trying to rip you off, but Auto Pinner did an amazing job with great customer service. Ladies take your car here!!! Thank you!!!

Have used the MOT Centre for a few year now. They are always extremely busy but happy to help. The car needed a new wheel bearing but it’s took ages to take off. The guys had to keep it in overnight to prise it off. But still only charged for two hours of labour.

I would say Alan is a true car magician! I have a Ford Focus 1.0 Ecoboost and engine broken down since I bought it. I have shown into 3 different garages in Aylesbury and kept on wasting money. Nobody couldn't figure out where the issue was. Most garages literally scammed me I would say. Final decision was to tow it a scrap yard for a £200 and luckily I found this guy on Google. Went through reviews and I said myself to try him as the last chance. Most garage owners don't even like to talk over the phone, this guy Alan, takes all his time to explain me all the issues that he would look at. I will never forget his words 'There's no car in the world that cannot be fixed!'. He kept my car for a week and driven it personally and finally the car everyone told me to scrap is driving with no faults whatsoever. I wanted to thank him this way! If you ever get a problem in the car, please do not forget to call this guy! You will be surprised by his work and friendliness. Brian and his team are brillant. I needed two tyres urgently replacing. Within 24 hours they were ordered and fitted (despite their day already being completely booked out) they squeezed me in).
