Fantastic customer service!!!!! I desperately needed to sort my car out as it was making a horrendous sound, but Pinner Auto Centre were able to help. I initially was nervous it was going to be something really serious and expensive. However the mechanic was able to formerly diagnose and fix my car on the same day!!!! Other mechanics would have taken weeks to fix my car. The work was done all in one day, whilst I was at work which was a bonus. I felt at ease as the mechanics contacted me when he felt more work was required, he also sent me videos and picture of the work that he was doing. Being a women you’re never sure if mechanics are trying to rip you off, but Auto Pinner did an amazing job with great customer service. Ladies take your car here!!! Thank you!!!

Pinner auto centre has been quick and efficient! Dropped my car there to be fixed in the morning and got it back by the afternoon. They keep you updated with videos of your car and phone calls if they need to do anything at an additional cost. Very impressed with this auto centre and will be going there again when needed. Absolutely fantastic service! Mahmood was superb - from start to finish he kept me in the loop with regards to my car’s service! Photos and videos were sent showing which products were being changed etc! All at a great price too! I can’t rate them highly enough!
