Very friendly and helpful man runs the garage, he did work for me on a Saturday with no notice, I called at 830 am! it should of been impossible but he went out of his way to make sure he got my car done by the afternoon. Great service, he kept me informed and updated during the process and without delay the job was done to high standard. I highly recommend this garage, very very happy 👍

After my son left it to the last minute to tell me his MOT was running out that day, I hunted around (on Easter weekend) to find most places were closed, after a quick call VR Auto Centre were able to fit me in last minute. They were totally transparent and honest, they showed me the areas where the car had issues that would deny a fresh MOT and highlighted some areas to watch going forward. We arranged for the work to be done after the Easter break. The car went in, I received pictures of the parts being replaced and an advisory video showing a wheel bearing that was clearly not in great shape advising to do this at the same time to save labour costs. Got the car back this afternoon and it is driving like a dream. I can’t thank the guys at VR Auto Centre enough for their excellent care and attention to detail, along with their first class service too. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a straight up honest garage to look after you and your car.
