We recently bought a 14 plate Fiat 500 from NSN Motors and are satisfied with our purchase and very pleased with the after sales support we received. We had an issue with the door lock, which needed replacing. The lock was promptly and properly fixed without quibble. A few days later, we realised the car had a fairly significant coolant leak. We contacted NSN and they arranged to book the car into their workshop. They even volunteered to pick up the car and it was fixed within a few days. When I picked the car up, they showed me exactly what the fault was and how they had repaired it. They even fixed a slow puncture in one of the rear tyres that I noticed on the day they picked it up! All in all it was a great experience and we are pleased we bought from this dealer.

Purchased a vehicle for my daughter in December and was happy with the purchase which went smoothly. Unfortunately kept getting an intermittent fault for a month or so which made the car unsafe to drive. Took it to the main dealer who said it would cost over £2k to fix as it needed rewiring and new module control. To top it all they also said the warranty wouldn’t cover it. Spoke to these guys and they said they would collect the vehicle, which they did promptly and diagnosed exactly what the issue was and it wasn’t anything what the main dealer recommended. Can’t thank these guys enough and would thoroughly recommend them.

It was a good experience buying the first car. The car drives really fine and well-maintained. People there were quite helpful and offered to fix even the tiniest scratch mark (barely even visible). I had to take one star out from the review because it has been a month and a week since I bought the car but haven't received the logbook yet.
