Had my Golf gti clubsport service to day and the service I got from Carl the service team was A1 even gave me a courtesy car so I could take my wife for lunch so very happy with the service they gave us .

Credit where credit is due. A professional body shop team with a very customer oriented approach, I recommend them. My original review of M J Warner Volkswagen's body shop had just 1 star. They hadn't met my high expectations and I said it. Sometimes things go wrong and when happens, really good businesses reach out to unhappy customers. That is what the body shop team did. They contacted me and asked me how they could make things right. In the end, making things right was quite straightforward but I was impressed, first at the lengths they went to, but also at how quickly and how well they did it. Thank you to Joe & the team.

Discovered M J Warner recently and found them to be an excellent VW service dealer. Needed a repair to the ABS on my ageing Passat, fixed in a very short timescale. They also checked the car over and reported some future work needed. A big thank you to the team. Really pleased with their work and the advice given. Will be going back there in the autumn. Following a traumatic accident involving a deer, I couldn't fault the ongoing service I received from the body shop team. After having advised the manager Rob details of my insurance company, he took it from there & liaised with them on my behalf. Rob kept me updated throughout the whole process & when my car was returned to me, the work was of excellent standard. The following week my MOT was due & I mentioned that the car had only just come back from being repaired & the mechanic passed comment on what a good job it was. I would thoroughly recommend MJ Warners for any repairs & if not on your insurance company's list of repairer's, push to use them, you won't regret it.
