Hidden in Great Bookham is a charming, warm and quality focused Tea/ Coffee / brunch / lunch / cake … place, that has got the balance perfect. Service, quality , Ambiance and price meet in, what I can only call: perfection. We had brunch, lunch and afternoon tea here and have never been disappointed. The little garden behind the building is a tiny oasis if you want to sit outside.
Great cafe in the village, have been in several times for warming coffees / hot chocolates in the winter and iced coffees in the summer (and always enjoy their fab cakes!)
Wow, passing through Bookham and stumbled upon Carolina’s. I managed to get lucky and find the only free table, which was only fit for one person, perfect for me, as I was alone. I ordered their Club Sandwich on brown and is was truly delightful, mouthwatering and filling, the salad garnish was all it needed. I can’t of been the only person that enjoyed the beautiful atmosphere, helpful staff and good food as on this damp day those who couldn’t find a table inside were accepting to eat outside. Great find on my part and a must to re-visit. As the most famous word goes “I’ll be back”! 😁
This place is an absolute gem, freshly prepared delicious food every time I have visited. You have to try the bailey's cake, it's one of the best cakes I've ever had. When the weather is nice you can sit in the garden area behind the cafe which is lovely.
A beautiful little cafe, serving great food. I had the cajun chicken club sandwich, which was amazing.
