Had a lovely afternoon Attending a Christening celebration party . Venue was comfortable for a large gathering. The Buffett served a good variety of food and constantly re filled when empty. Staff were friendly, I can highly recommend this pub.
Had a couple of drinks romney ale was fabulous! Lovely lady behind the bar and very pleasant locals. Top marks we will return
Our annual visit to the Cinque Ports collided with a fantastic summer festival which included an upcoming band and our new favourites: mixed emotions! Incredible turn out for a really talented band. I can tell you now, this band will never forget this pub! Even when they’re performing at Glastonbury, Reading & Leeds!
Great pub, great staff, great food and great punters! Spent three days in New Romney recently and the Cinque quickly became our go to pub. Talk about a warm, welcoming pub! Simply cannot fault the place. Don't miss out on their rustic chips either (much better than French fries). Cheapest pub in the hight street too! Cannot recommend this pub highly enough. Fantastic experience. Went in for a beer and a small plate but wish we would have gotten a full meal. The appetizers were very good and the atmosphere is really nice. Next time I stop through town I plan on going back to try more!
