So glad to have found a hairdressers I enjoy going back to. Had a lovely cut and blow dry with Skye, she really listened to what I wanted and gave me some tips for styling! Have also had great service from Miya in the past.

Came in for a big change and Maria couldn’t have been more helpful and caring about getting my hair just right. My wife also got the haircut she desired by Nicola, so that’s two happy customers who will be returning!

As a new client I was a little apprehensive of getting the cut that I wanted but Zoe nailed it. The staff are friendly and you do not need to remortgage to pay the bill. Certainly would recommend Sebastians as a go to place.

My husband booked my hair up as a surprise Christmas present .. had to cancel coz I was unwell over Christmas .. not a problem at all .. eventually booked it up again just after the New year with Millie .. Now I'm a person who hardly gets my hair done .. I said what I wanted .. Millie gave me her advise and off she went to mix my colour .. I enjoyed her company and my hair looked lovely! Great experience I has a shellac gel manicure and an Essential Facial. Both treatments were excellent and I really relaxed during my facial. My therapist was friendly and professional. I will definitely be returning!

The salon was incredibly helpful with regards to the PCR Travel tests, Chantal went above and beyond to help out and made the whole experience stress-free and as pleasant as can be. Definitely recommend and will return for PCR Travel tests.

The staff are without exception friendly, professional, knowledgeable and caring - Chantal is always looking for innovative treatments to provide to clients as well as being a tutor to other nail technicians and aestheticians. Chantal Beauty is not a spa environment, Chantal Beauty is a results driven, machine toting, no nonsense, fix your face and body theatre environment! Yes, they do nails, eyelashes, tinting, brows and all of that pampering stuff and they do it very very well indeed but as well as those (I have proper brows now) I really come here mainly for the serious face maintenance business and I honestly wouldn't go anywhere else.

It was so nice to be back! The team are so friendly and I love the newly refurbished treatment rooms. Chantal is the Brow Queen I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Very professional knows exactly what’s best for the client, I completely trusted her. They have turned out even better than I ever could of imagined. 😍

My hair was a disaster and Sophie transformed it, she was patient and explained the process to get my hair to the healthy shiny hair I now have ! I am absolutely delighted with my experience with no9 salon. The staff are pleasant with a wonderful atmosphere. I had my eyelash extensions done due to struggling in the morning with health problems so I can just up and leave without a make-up routine and look more cheerful in appearance. The technician who applied my extensions is extremely thoughtful, I was asked which style I would like, asked me what music I would like, spent a good amount of time, was gentle and very talented, I am very happy with the final look. I have been to a different salon in town where swear music was put on without asking me if this was ok and the final look was disastrous. I strongly recommend this technician and am looking forward to trying the hair salon. Thank you Llana 😊

**updated review: I have now been coming to Abi and Willow for about a year and I can safely say I wouldn’t go anywhere else. They are both absolutely lovely and always do an amazing job with my hair. They go above and beyond to be accommodating and welcoming to their clients. I trust them so much with my hair that they will also be doing it for my wedding later this year 😊** I went to the salon for the first time today and was really impressed - Abi and her assistant Willow were lovely and made me feel very welcome. They didn’t rush and did a wonderful job on my neglected hair - I had a full head of foils and a trim and it looks fab. Also the prices are very competitive. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend this lovely salon. Thank you!

I’ve had the best experience with Abi at the salon@no9 She has gone above and beyond to help me and do what I’d thought never was able to achieve hair wise with my hair, but she smashed it! Would highly recommend. Lovely friendly chilled relaxed atmosphere, just like being at a friends house. I had my hair bleached then dyed a funky colour as well as cut. I absolutely love my new look. Although the first time around my hair didn’t take the colour very well. I went back the following week to have the colour re-applied. Thankfully it has taken now. Now I’m in love with my hair! Thank you so much ladies!! Fantastic service!! The photo with only one curl is the finished result. The others were after the first application which resulted in patchiness.
