I always have a lovely experience at the salon and Jo always transforms my hair after a relaxing shampoo, head massage, relaxation in the massage chair and a stellar blow dry. The talented team at Dorking and the friendly atmosphere keeps me coming back for over 5 years. Highly recommended.

She and Emma and everyone who worked there made it such a lovely and friendly experience as always and I’m so happy with my new hair, thank you very very much. I arrived early for my appointment and the receptionist arranged for me to have an earlier appointment with an alternative stylist. Imi did a great job as it was my first time at your Dorking salon and she gave me a great experience and a fantastic haircut, I was very pleased. The staff were amazingly friendly and helpful.

I came in today with the haircut from hell and Emily fixed me up perfectly! Such a lovely hairdresser! Amazing customer service and I’ve left with the haircut I wanted to begin with you would never have known what I came in with! Amazing service! Will be going back to her again!

Whilst visiting St Pancreas / Euston for work, I was indeed of a last-minute haircut, and Sandra came through do4 me. She managed to get me business ready for my morning meeting, a brilliant character with the skills to match.

Managed to get a much needed appointment with Seth as was desperate for some of his magic before Christmas and I wasn’t disappointed. Always a great cut in a very pleasant and friendly atmosphere. I only discovered Toni & Guy this year but they are definitely now my go to Salon 💇‍♀️

Going to the Hair and beauty bar was a wonderful experience, Everyone was very nice and welcoming, my Hairdresser took her time to get my hair just right, The hairdressers are very skilled and I'm happy to say that they managed to cut very thick and straight hair which has always a been challenge for many hairdressers I've went to before. I would definitely recommend their services, I'm looking foward to coming back when my hair needs another cut.

Went for a spa day with 6 others, family and friends. From the moment we were met on the driveway we felt totally welcomed by Vanessa and her team. Greeted with tea, coffee and a selection of pastries whilst filling in the forms then shown where we would be chilling for the day. Lovely pool and sauna, we had a great day, nothing was too much to ask for. We all had a treatment, a real selection. Compliments from all my group on the facial, massage, manicures and pedicures that we had. Lunch was great, loads of food and a wide selection. We were celebrating a birthday so we had pre ordered some prosecco with Vanessa as well. Trying to get a date together to book the next spa day!

We cannot thank the staff at VSL enough. From arriving the staff were so attentitive, warm and friendly. Every part of the spa package was perfect! All of the small details made the day better than any spa day I have been to before. The little surprises they did for my Birthday, the checking we are ok for drinks and enjoying our day, the lovely hand washes and lotions in the bathroom. All of the small details just make the experience that extra bit special. My massage was perfect and the bed was so comfy I didn't want to get off. The afternoon tea was delicious. Literally faultless, I will definitely be recommending and returning!

I arrived at Emma’s for my hair appointment bewailing the state of my hair. If I so much as looked outside, my hair would frizz up like a brillo pad on steroids. Fortunately Emma had the answer (as always) – the ASP Super Smooth Treatment. I insisted on having the treatment there and then (Emma is very accommodating!) and I’m so glad I did. My hair is now smooth, straight, soft and silky – easy to style and well-behaved when I go out. I’ve had so many compliments and I need to pass them all on to Emma. She’s a star!

Letitia the owner is just so lovely. After lots of failed attempts to get my hair colour corrected Letitia listened intently to how I wanted my colour to be and I was not disappointed. I have finally now got the colour I wanted and I’m very happy with the results. The place is so warm and inviting and all staff very friendly. I look forward to returning. I highly recommend Palms.

After having my daughter 13 months ago I’ve struggled with what to do to my hair and how to keep it manageable. Emma was absolutely incredible and helped me come up with a plan. I can't praise him enough, he listens and performs miracles with my hair for the past two years. You saved my hair and I just love talking to you. You are BEST!

Darren styled my hair yesterday for a wedding. He listened to what I wanted and took into account what I would be wearing, what suited me and what my hair was like to create a beautiful up-do.
