I booked in for a wash, cut and dry and jade who did my shampooing was so friendly and made me feel so comfortable and it was so relaxing and they ask if you want a drink as well so I thought that was really nice. So I walked in and took my coat off and sat in the chair to have my hair washed and then they put a cape on you and a towel around your neck and if you have any questions they answered all the questions I asked and I was like would it be possible if you could wear gloves when washing and cutting and drying my hair and jade said to me before starting I will just put my gloves on before I start like I requested so thank you for doing that and letting me know what you were doing. Then after I finish I was taken to a seat by jade and then Jane came over and asked me would I like a drink and then came over and put on gloves and then asked me what I was after and then after that Jane started cutting my hair and made me feel comfortable. I couldn’t ask for more from jade and Jane so thank you. I will definitely be back again.

Absolutely fantastic!! The staff are amazing and it was my first time in visiting and tbh I can’t thank Jane enough for doing my hair so perfect and has to be one of the best hair cuts I am so grateful ☺️ and Honestly highly recommended! Thankyou 🥰

Booked a haircut while I’m home for the holidays, I got the “wet cut” and I wanted layers and a slight trim and my stylist did a wonderful job. The atmosphere was very festive as they were decorated for Christmas, and all the staff were very welcoming and friendly. Overall great experience :)

If you want shiny , manageable hair I highly recommend a keratin treatment . My hair is now easier to style and friends have commented on how healthy it looks . The staff at The Ivy are so friendly and welcoming and I will certainly go back .
