The vault has been my go to salon for treatments from laser hair removal to facials for a few years now. I leave with a smile on my face every time with staff that really know their stuff and make me feel 100 times better! Laura is super friendly and professional, I highly recommend anyone looking for a salon! ❤️

I could not recommend Primrose Beauty & Aesthetics more !! I had a deep cleansing with steam facial and my face is glowing and feeling so fresh. The treatment was very relaxing and she was so professional and kind. She even had a mini consultation about my skin after my treatment for recommendation specifically tailored to my skin type and needs. I will most definitely be going back for many more treatments !! AMAZING !!!

I found Kelly's page on Google, a lovely cosy room to hide from the wind and rain tonight for a hydro facial. Kelly advised me on what treatment would be best for my skin type and talked through each stage . My skin feels so lovely and soft now :)

10/10 for our bridal hair and makeup experience with Sue and Charlotte. They both instinctively knew what I wanted and gave advice during informal chats and for trials. I was completely 'blown away' by how good they were on the wedding day. Sue and Charlotte were so professional and speedy. I was having too much fun to be nervous and the end result was even better than the trial. I trusted them completely and they both delivered. So happy with the result. I took my 11 year old daughter in today for a hair cut and blow. Helen was amazing with her explaining everything to her. My daughter’s hair is really thick and very challenging and Helen was so gentle and worked wonders. This is easy the best hair cut she has had and we are over the moon with it. We will be back soon as I am definitely going to book in for mine.

Chelsea has been colouring and cutting my hair for over 10 years and she gets it right every time! The colour is always exactly as I ask, she takes such care in making sure each time is perfect. I’ve also had my makeup done several times by Abs and she’s great! The girls recently did my sisters wedding, and we all loved their work, 8 happy bridesmaids! Couldn’t recommend Nat’ural hair designs enough!

I had my hair done with Chelsea yesterday and it was the most incredible experience from start to finish. I'm extremely self conscious and have had issues with my weight since having children, so attending a salon with 3 stunning women would normally make me feel extremely anxious but the whole team made me feel relaxed and were super friendly. Chelsea is quite simply amazing, her attention to detail and her passion for creating beautiful colour is unmatched and I can't believe how gorgeous my colour looks after just one visit. The salon is beautiful and such a safe space and you could see the team have such a great bond. Can not wait for my next visit.

I recently became a new client of Chelsea & Abs, straight away I felt in safe hands. I have vivid colours and extensions and the girls have done the most amazing job with my hair. The colours are brilliant and so bright & my extensions feel so comfortable. Their product knowledge is excellent as my hair always feels so fresh & healthy. Great experience at Teri Gilham from the moment you enter. A range of complementary beverages to choose from and a relaxing massage chair whilst having your hair washed .My stylist Maria is very personable and always delivers a great cut and blowdry. Occasionally she’ll curl it too if I ask which is amazing. Looking forward to having hair colour done next month 🤩

All I can say is WOW… I was beyond blown away with my experience at Terri’s salon with her incredible team! I found Terri through a friend after a bad experience with my previous extension stylist! From the moment I booked the appointment to walking into the salon Terri and her team were incredible, professional, welcoming, attentive, warm and friendly. I sat in the chair and Adele (who is just fabulous) chatted to me about what I wanted, she took my hair extensions out so carefully (there was a lot) whilst I enjoyed an amazing hot chocolate (with cake & biscuits) before having the most relaxing hair wash after my colour in a massage chair which was amazing! Whilst my hair was being cut the other girls then started the long job of washing, treating & drying my hair extensions before putting them back in and cutting again to style / curl… Adele suggested cutting in some bangs to shape round my face a little & WOW WOW WOW what a difference! I left the salon with the biggest smile on my face and felt a million dollars, it has been years since I walked out of a salon and didn’t want to run home and restyle my hair! I cannot wait for my next appointment in 8 weeks… the biggest thank you to Terri, Adele & the team for the best experience! x

The salon is a lovely boutique style salon in Kent. On arrival, you are welcomed by the lovely staff. Very attentive and can’t do enough for you. They are all very knowledgeable and very good at what they do. I had a delicious latte along with a lovely chocolate cake. Maria was amazing, so friendly and I absolutely loved my scalp treatment and my waves - just what I wanted. I’ve booked again and decided to upgrade my blow dry to a Keratin straight blow dry to reduce the frizz before my holiday. Recommended by Maria. Thank you so much, a real treat and can’t wait to go back next week 😀
