I've had several massages from Kelly and I cannot wait to have my next one! As soon as I stepped into Kelly's treatment room, I felt relaxed. Kelly made me feel totally at ease and her treatment room is gorgeous. Little details like the heated mat on the massage table just add to the perfect experience. I have had many massages in the past, and I can honestly say that Kelly gives the BEST massage I've ever had. 100% recommend!

I absolutely love this beautiful little sanctuary. Kelly is just awesome at what she does. I was gifted a voucher and haven’t stopped going back. Kelly actually really helped me alongside other treatments helped me with a very painful nerve issue. Her massages left me feeling unreal! I now look forward to every single time I get to go there. I booked Kelly for a girls pamper day/night which turned out to be amazing! Kelly set up the room nice and cosy with amazing smells and a warm blanket! Each treatment was bespoke to my friends needs which included reiki and full body massages. Each person shared how lovely Kelly was and attuned to their individual need. Kelly thank you for such an awesome time and the little gift bags and lavender pillows. I would highly recommend booking Kelly for a spa girls night in!!!

Yesline is the new young stylist at Talents although she did her training under Tracy the owner. She styled my hair for a wedding after having a run through a few weeks before. I was very happy with the results.

A-MAZ-ING. Tracie and the rest of the team are so kind and generous. I had a wonderful experience whilst donating my hair for the Princess Trust which has now raised £1000 in just over 24 hours!!! I would highly recommend using this hair salon not just for the magnificent service they provide with regards to the charity but for general use too. I had my hair chopped off for Little Princess Charity and completely restyled. Jo did a great job and everyone in the salon was really friendly and helpful. It's a small, cosy salon in a lovely building. The team definitely make you feel looked after!

I have never had such a good hairdresser as Jordan at Chop it like it's Hot. She has been cutting my hair for more than 2 years and I've always been completely delighted - never had a bad hair cut from her, and my hair is awkward hair. She really is the best ever. Not only is she a fantastic hairdresser, her personal skills are amazing too. She listens carefully to my preferences, takes everything on board but isn't afraid to gently add in her professional advice and knowledge which is welcome. As well as being great professionally, Jordan is a lovely bubbly caring person. She and Maisie have given their new salon a fantastic welcoming vibe and they deserve all their success they have found. 1000% recommend.

Absolutely loved my first visit to Chop it Like it's Hot! Maisie and Jordan were both so lovely. Jordan did my mum's hair who was super pleased with it! And Maisie brought my vision to life of a pixie style shag with baby fringe. The entire vibe is great in there - super chill and not intimidating at all. Already got my next appointment booked in!

Absolutely best service and atmosphere from start to finish! I’m a huge fan of Jordan and Maisie for years and years now and followed them to Chop It, Hitchin. So pleased I did. Jordan advised me my current haircolour and money-piece and I received and still do receive lots of compliments for it. Looking forward to my next colour and cut. The salon feels like a beautiful living room and going for a treatment is like catching up with friends. Would give it 6 stars if I could.

A week ago I got my hair cut short from very long and it didn't turn out well. I wanted a trendy choppy cut but looked more like my 80 year old mum :-(. Maisie at Chop it Like Its Hot was recommended by 2 friends with fab short cuts by Maisie herself. So today with her expertise and magic scissors and clippers she has transformed my hair into the trendy choppy cut that I have thus far just dreamed of and I LOVE IT! Best short cut I have EVER had and the whole experience was thoroughly enjoyable. Maisie is so friendly and welcoming and knows exactly what you want when you try to explain how you want your cut to look. This gal gets short hair! The salon has a lovely laid back friendly vibe, the coffee is great and there's even the cutest resident dog to make a fuss of. Thank you so much Maisie, life saver! Looks like, after literally decades of disappointment, I've found my forever stylist! See you in 5 weeks x

A superb haircut from Steve with attention to detail which is vital because I wear my hair very short. This is my second visit - I liked the feel of the interior minus the large poster in the window. It made the salon feel much airier

Everyone was very friendly. The music was enjoyable. I felt very looked after. It is the best my hair has looked coming out of a salon for a full head of highlights in years. I have naturally dark brown fair.

I used to be a regular in London but I've not been to a Toni & Guy salon for 10+ years and I have always wanted to go back because I've always been more than satisfied with their service. I am finally able to return to Toni & Guy and I couldn't have picked a better branch than Hitchin. The lady on reception was friendly and the guy that washed my hair gave me an incredible scalp massage! Anne Marie was my stylist and listened to everything I said during the consultation and looked at my pictures for reference. We both agreed on the best cut for me. She really took in to account my unruly curly/wavy hair and created a cut and style that I truly love. I am so happy I have booked in for another appointment with Anne Marie in 6 weeks. Thanks to the whole team for making it such a great experience! It reminds me of why I love Toni and Guy so much.

Angela is not only a lovely person but she is a great professional. My hair was in a mess..i had 3/4 different shades in it from numerous box colourings at home. She was able to give me a lovely colour with her expertise of mixing the different shades to get my hair to a good basis for future work. I also needed a nice cut to my long hair, and I had taken some photos of what I was wanting.. she did exactly that! Lovely cut xx I will be going back soon to have balayage with her. I got a full head of highlights, toner, cut and blow dry by the amazing Charmaine yesterday and I am absolutely in love. She always does the best job, and knows exactly what I want with my hair and does it to perfection! The atmosphere in Alta is amazing, everyone is so lovely!!!

I had an amazing experience with the Japanese Head Massage! I bought it as a birthday gift for my sister and went along with her. The staff were lovely, and Bushra went above and beyond with her massage. She was so professional and pleasant. I’ll definitely go back and try different treatments.

I had such a wonderful experience at Bubble Spa. The staff was friendly, professional, and made me feel very welcome. My nail technician was incredibly skilled, paid great attention to detail, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire appointment. My nails turned out absolutely beautiful even better than I expected! The salon itself was very clean, relaxing, and had a great atmosphere.
