Absolutely loved my first visit to Chop it Like it's Hot! Maisie and Jordan were both so lovely. Jordan did my mum's hair who was super pleased with it! And Maisie brought my vision to life of a pixie style shag with baby fringe. The entire vibe is great in there - super chill and not intimidating at all. Already got my next appointment booked in!

Absolutely best service and atmosphere from start to finish! I’m a huge fan of Jordan and Maisie for years and years now and followed them to Chop It, Hitchin. So pleased I did. Jordan advised me my current haircolour and money-piece and I received and still do receive lots of compliments for it. Looking forward to my next colour and cut. The salon feels like a beautiful living room and going for a treatment is like catching up with friends. Would give it 6 stars if I could.

I have never had such a good hairdresser as Jordan at Chop it like it's Hot. She has been cutting my hair for more than 2 years and I've always been completely delighted - never had a bad hair cut from her, and my hair is awkward hair. She really is the best ever. Not only is she a fantastic hairdresser, her personal skills are amazing too. She listens carefully to my preferences, takes everything on board but isn't afraid to gently add in her professional advice and knowledge which is welcome. As well as being great professionally, Jordan is a lovely bubbly caring person. She and Maisie have given their new salon a fantastic welcoming vibe and they deserve all their success they have found. 1000% recommend.

A week ago I got my hair cut short from very long and it didn't turn out well. I wanted a trendy choppy cut but looked more like my 80 year old mum :-(. Maisie at Chop it Like Its Hot was recommended by 2 friends with fab short cuts by Maisie herself. So today with her expertise and magic scissors and clippers she has transformed my hair into the trendy choppy cut that I have thus far just dreamed of and I LOVE IT! Best short cut I have EVER had and the whole experience was thoroughly enjoyable. Maisie is so friendly and welcoming and knows exactly what you want when you try to explain how you want your cut to look. This gal gets short hair! The salon has a lovely laid back friendly vibe, the coffee is great and there's even the cutest resident dog to make a fuss of. Thank you so much Maisie, life saver!
