I visited Donovans for the first time today and had my hair cut with Liam. Really like the vibe here, you feel instantly relaxed and Liam just makes you feel so at ease. I get quite nervous trying new hairdressers, but surprisingly I didn't with Liam. He has cut my hair so beautifully, it's been a long time since its been cut so well. Highly reccomend. I'm looking forward to having my colouring done next month. Thanks again.

Julia , Liam and all the team are great here! I spent a long time finding a hairdressers I like when I moved to Hitchin. Having tried most in the area and previously getting my hair done in the city I finally settled and even though I’ve moved away I still go back. The salon is a lovely friendly chilled place. I have nightmare hair that’s prone to knots and has been all my life but Julia highlights/colours and styles it and it always look fabulous when I walk out (even if I do say so myself 😜) thank you

Today was my first visit. I had a colour and cut with Julia and my goodness I was not disappointed. She is one skilled lady! Julia was extremely respectful to a previous bad experience I had at another hairdressers, so I was a little apprehensive, but Julia listened to me, addressed my needs and smashed all expectations. I have never had my hair look so good. She's a true perfectionist. I left feeling the best I have felt in months and my hair looks amazing and in a much much better condition - its never looked so good. The cut has accentuated the colour and the colour has lifted my face. Julia - thank you so much for your time, skill and compassion, I can't wait to see you again June x

LOVE this salon! Liam, Julia and Bethany are all so nice and friendly, the salon feels welcoming and such talented stylists. I have been on numerous occasions and always love the experience and the result. Julia does my balyage and after years of being scared of hairdressers ruining my hair i have finally found a salon I can trust! Will be back soon for sure!

I absolutely loved my experience here! I came with my mother for our consecutive appointments with Julia and we were both very pleased with the result, and how friendly she was (as was her apprentice!). I've never had anyone style my curly hair as amazingly as Julia did, and she even talked me through how to style it myself in the future! She really listened to how I wanted my hair, in terms of length, and I ended up with exactly what I had wanted! She also did a side fringe for my mother, which turned out looking lovely! I would highly recommend this place!
