I have had the best of experiences. I found the salon to be highly professional and able to offer new ideas and products. Added to this the staff are very friendly and the atmosphere in the salon is creative and relaxing . The establishment of this new salon in Hitchin is very exciting as Zoe brings with her a wealth of varied experience with her. The best find ever. A jewel. I have already booked in for three more treatments and I am also going to have my make up and hair done for my son’s wedding!!

Had a gorgeous relaxing facial today, time taken to do before & after photos which really showed the quality of products used, & could see a real difference. Zoe is very welcoming & your made to feel very comfortable unlike some salons, very professional & won’t hesitate to go back.

I've had a really great experience at this salon. Zoey is so friendly and professional and takes the time and effort to explain everything. My facial with massage today was sooo lovely, I could really feel and see the different in my skin after. The salon itself is clean and stylish has a nice feel to it. Would not hesitate to recommend!
