Went to this Hairdressers today, Absolutely wonderful experience ladies extremely friendly , and I especially loved their interactions with Elderly clients such a lovely warm welcome they gave each one well done 100% True Customer Service 👏
Absolutely the BEST salon! Coming here is like visiting old friends, everyone is so lovely and make you feel so welcome.... even after five years! I can't recommend Jo's enough ❤️ Thank you Christina, I love my hair (much better job than me and a Brad Mondo video!) and I'll definitely see you before 2028!
Made appt for my grand daughter to have a restyle, however I have had to cancel twice on them now as she has been called into college each time. The ladies were very understanding and didn’t make me feel bad about having to cancel again. My grand daughter will definitely be going to Jo’s salon when she finishes her studies and once she has taken her exams, because of the understanding they have showed towards me.
